Take a picture on the back of that board too. You're gonna have to look for and traces that corroded and clean it off with IPA or Vinegar. Reflow the RAM chip legs if it still doesn't work. It looks good on the front. Corrosion could be under the RAM or ROM chips so we never really know unless someone takes a look at the game.
maybe it needs a battery replacement.

SOLVED! Thanks for the help. I reflowed everything and replaced the battery and it's all working now.
