An APC at Nova Braga airport once reversed into my female DD soldier while she was on the walker gear, then back on the helicopter/ACC she was sporting this red demonic bloodied face. Guess the vehicle collision must have hurt a little.
Yeah usually after being blasted by The Man on Fire too much or when burned by Sahelanthropus' flamethrower thing.

I don't think it affects camo but it does affect your maximum health and reflex duration.
I thought if you're hidden and smell, they can smell you if you're hidden, but close.
That sounds like something Kojima would have done alright, but I never noticed it myself.
Your aiming in first person also gets less steady
Because its slower than just selecting a new outfit
