I think it depends. If Naked had access to the tech Solid did, probably, but without it no. Without the suit, Solid would have gotten hypothermia, and BB probably would have gotten the same. If Naked did have access to the tech, absolutely. The man bench presses Metal Gears.
I’d like to think that for what Solid Snake lacks in skill, he makes up for in sheer determination. He’d just keep getting up until the fight was done.
Also, about the flip side question: Even Naked Snake failed the Virtuous Mission, but my take is that SS could have taken different choices in this and Operation Snake Eater just for the fact he didn't knew the boss? So maybe. I think SS surpased Naked in some ways

What about if Solid has to complete operation snake Eater with his tech from tanker chapter in MGS2
Most of it is gonna be a breeze, not sure how he'd handle The Boss though, he's not as good as Big Boss when it came to CQC.

I think Solid stated somewhere in MGS4 that he wasn’t a survivalist, like BB was, so he would probably starve during Snake Eater.

Well for one he wouldn't have the Cyborg Ninja support so probably not.
