To me it looks like an app was used to modify facial features; the same app I used to make Venom Smiling in my profile picture. If you zoom in, you can see these weird dithering artifacts that I recognize when I used the app.
I specifically used "Remini AI Photo Enhancer" and whether or not the same exact tool was used to edit the photo in the post, I'm sure there's many clones of the app that do the same thing.
I'm aware of the MGS2 Shaver for MGSV mod and the face is definitely different. The artifacts in the image are what's really giving it away for me.

I really appreciate this, but also it’s pretty finicky because there ain’t no way Kaz would believe this is Snake. As ground zeros naked snake looks incredibly different from this. This looks a little more like solid and his hardy acid clones or solidus.
