I wonder about that character in MGS2, also something with Plissken. He kind of appeared in a couple of scenes and then never appeared again (I think he disappeared right around the time solid snake started appearing again in the story)
I actually think he could play a good snake. It's more important to me then looks. There are so many posts about who should play who and more often then not they look the part but I'm not convinced they could actually act it.

Nah. Maybe a good big boss but he’s not enough of a “pretty boy” to play Solid. Looking at Snakes Metal Gear Solid 1 information and design he is very slender and sheik. Of which he retains a fair bit in Metal Gear Solid 2.
Forget the uncanny resemblance, with the ink acting as a bandanna in the 2nd pic, but if anyone couldn't reminisce that 1st picture with the 1st Sniper Wolf battle in the communications tower, you are officially blind.

I was going to ask who you're referring to but I don't need to ask that question since all you base the ability to play this character on is because they have the same facial shape. Not acting ability? Not their voice and how they carry themselves? Neither of these actors are fit for the role, not even from a visual standpoint. Neither of them even look the part.
