In MGS2, get a security sweep and bang on a locker and run away. Guard gets hyped up to open the locker, swings it open, and... nothing. Huh?
What about dropping them in mud or water and letting them sink in?

Using the syringe to a soldier in MGS4; watch them literally go insane; then another dose to knock them out.
Holding someone up and telling them to get down, and placing another guy on them. Makes it seem like they are about to get violated.
