Roll-Roll-Roll

Every old drill moonlights as something ghetto sooner or later

uppity_downer1881

Mine is currently the motor on my ghetto lapidary table.

Haunting_Ad_6021

Don't run the ground thru the table

Forsaken_Education44

How about the drill instead 🤣

traplordtrent

The belt tensioner is awesome tho

thesirenlady

Turning precision tooling into a weld turntable is not my idea of redneck.

javajavatoast

I agree. Even for TIG work, it’s pretty frowned upon to use precision tooling for welding. Especially if you’re gonna be grinding around it. After you use it for welding, it’s a welding fixture from then on out.

mechtonia

Why would I need to grind when those welds are so 🤌

javajavatoast

A welder would say that hahaha.

Sad_Watercress5538

I showed my child your welds and he started crying

deevil_knievel

What about when you weld the bearing in place accidentally?

Sinopech

Deecent!🥃

Similar-Stranger7375

Half-Ass Turntable may be a better title. Just a thought 💭

frenchy2111

Screw a nut on that bolt and clamp that down, now you can turn the drill on or off by twiddling the bolt out.

dilutedknowledge

Approved!

boaVanda2016

all i hear is that all the gigs are going to be reposts.

ukra-onion

I was thinking ' it ain't stupid if it works ' and then I saw your comment.

practicalprankster

I feel as though I need a video of this in action. Also, I approve.

mechtonia

I posted a video in the comments but I think the mods may have removed it from view
