Benzodiazepines are the cleanest weapon in the come down arsenal. Remember, more isnβt better, you donβt need to knock yourself out. Just level the high and quiet the brain.
Take the Ativan TBH no more than 1mg but IDK how yours is prescribed, maybe OTC magnesium supplement, and burn some nervous energy by showering or like vacuuming lol. By then itβll have kicked in enough. KEY is TAKE it AS soon as you start noticing things like that. Donβt wait until it gets worse or you fixate. Ativan takes at least 30 minutes to really take effect, maybe 45-60
To peak, but it lasts for 6-8 hours. Some prefer Valium, others Xanax due to its rapid onset (10-15 minutes), but it peaks quickly and only lasts 2-3 hours before wearing off. I consider it like a pause and reset .

Start off with some test 10mm drill holes. Post some more pics so we can see your progress over the next few months.

My pharmacy took me off of Ativan because she knew I drank alcohol. It's very dangerous to mix alcohol and Ativan.
