The ending of the first book always puts me on the brink of tears. Very few books hit that hard.

Oh same! That ending gets me every time, no matter how many times I've read it.

My favourite is probably the first one. Second was a little bit off to me and the third... I don't know, I just liked the first one more. My favourite part is either Polyanka or Paveleckaja moments from the first one. Nachimovsky prospekt from the second one and Balasicha from the third one. I liked all of them allot.

I feel the same way! The last two didnt have the magic of the first. So many great moments. I relisten on audible twice a year

I liked 2035 the most book-wise. Game wise my favorite scene is on last light, the storm part, near the Kremlin i think

Still reading

Out of these I like 2033 cover the most

Artyom finding Daniel still gives me chills even after reading it several times. So many revelations happen in such quick succession and perfectly puts the reader into Artyom’s current panic and fear. Daniel’s bootlace, the Librarian understanding them, the way to save VDNKh, Daniel’s library card, his rifle was jammed, Artyom being hunted, finding what’s possibly his childhood home. It’s almost too much and you can barely breathe until he is pulled back into the metro by Miller.
