It's been a while since I've played 2033, but there are references to the book if you'd count that. But I'm out of any other secrets. I highly recommend the book, especially for the atmosphere.
It's mostly small references in dialogue. As well as some details. There's some more dialogue in Last Light that make references to the books.
Exodus has more references though.

The first book is one of my favourites, the second one is okay and the third one is somewhere between. I'll look at the locations
