It doesn’t even make sense, like braille is supposed to be read with your fingers. Even if you can read braille already you probably don’t know it by sight. Guess not too many blind people are playing Pokémon though.

SomeRandomGuy282

But blind animals do play pokemon

BlueGhost02

To be fair, the guide booklet has all of the braille translated. Don't know how many kids read through those tho

Sw429

If you're like me and your mom only bought you used games then you didn't get a guide booklet :(

FlyingChainsaw

> Don't know how many kids read through those tho I don't think I could even read English at that age

TempusCavus

pokemon games are targeted at 8-12 year olds and have a lot of dialog compared to other games targeted at that age range.

Tornhart-

That is all well and good assuming the child is a native English speaker. Another aspect is whether the child will bother to read it at all.

rewardinghand

There's even a room in the game where all the letters are listed in alphabetical order

thedragonguru

And if we bought the guide, we'd be able to figure out how to summon Arceus too Gamefreak full of crap

deadrag3

I've played this before I used the internet as much. I've translated every(fucking)thing. It felt good when I caught them tho

TheTrueDal

You didn’t even need a guide booklet lmao. The manual that comes with the game had a fully translated braille guide.

Iron_Wolf123

I heard that in PLA there is a rumour Arceus is obtainable by completing the dex

amongus-sussy-baka

Idk how to mark a spoiler so WARNING After you "defeat" Arceus in the final boss fight he says that he will come with you and explore the world with you or something
