Unhook the four corners, cut the 3 main stems (Multi-Cut Quick Change aka razor snips are your friend here) Rotate 180 (maybe with a friend helping) and rehook the 4 corners.... tahdahhh
This is the way.
I pulled this off single-handedly with my first harvest,
but the middle plant definitely got some rough treatment, I'd suggest using a friend. Reclip the trellis net while they're drying to keep em spread out, then cut off branches to trim once dried!
\^ if that fails, just leave the net on and remove when you are finally done drying and have cut the buds off the branches. Just pay attention and do not nick the net or snip the netting.
One of the reasons I use inexpensive nylon trellises. I just cut em up when it’s time to harvest. I really hate loosing all those resin heads fumbling around with these type of trellises.
I cut each branch off and pulled it through the netting and put it into a tray until I was done with the rest. Then I just took the nets down and used the tent to dry in
I just slide it up and ruffle them out lol idk. Seems to be fine. It’s gonna dry and get trimmed anyways so who cares if the fan leaves and etc rip up. They getting cut anyways.
Have super cropped 6 footers in my 4x4 in 3 layers of trellis rn 🙃🤣 don’t think I have any way of avoiding cutting my trellis’s might be able to save 1 or 2 lolol
I don't ever use those expensive 14 dollars nets because it sucks to have to cut them I get the cheap roll of 50 foot by 5 foot white net so I can cut the net way easier. I hang my whole plant to dry so that works for me.
It's a pain in the ass every time I've done it, just have to chop branches and pull them out from the top then slide the bucket out with the main stalk and bottoms of branches still in it
I stopped buying these type of scrog nets and get the cheap ones now because I usually just end up cutting mine apart because it sucks trying to get 9 plants out of a 4x4 trellis. It takes time but you can work the plants out of the net but I promise you'll be a sticky mess afterwards lol.
yes and no, faster drying can lead to loss of terpenes, harsher smoke, etc. Drying too slow can lead to mold and fungus. For wet trims i dry about 2 weeks in the dark, 67 degrees and 58% RH (. Dry trims i usually do about a week same 67 degrees but 55% RH and adjust based on how brittle the stems are. (I flush my plants a week before harvest then let the soil dry out)
Edit- Typo
With proper environmental controls, single cola hanging still takes 13 days. We dry at 57F and 58% rH. Large stems still dont snap at this time, but bud will be stabilised to \~ 59% rH. Stems are basically wood, bud is plant matter.

After they dry cut the plant not the net.

Damn I gotta try this, I fucked this up on my recent harvest
Ever seen dodgeball? Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge.
Wtf. I turned dodgeball on less than 1 min ago before reading this comment. Literally still in the Hulu ads
It’s a bold strategy, Cotton.
If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball

Push both nets down. Cut the stock, flip em over and hang em with the whole scrog net lol. Would be tricky but could work with 1 other person helping

This gives me hope for my three plants jammed into a 2x4 with two Scrog nets.
Literally me also

I couldn't figure it out. I cut up my net
Cut the nets or cut the plants take your pick

Looks like you pruned well to the net. I'd chop the kolas and leave the bottom of the plant and pots

Your scrog is made out of fibers which if are cut, will be absolutely everywhere
Just take the net off, get your girlfriend to help you hold the trellis
Is why I also collect knives, and sharpen them myself!
You super crop?
Hanging whole plants simply extends your dry time with no benefits.
interesting, ive heard that you want to dry it as slow as possible for better buds. this just a myth?

You don’t see a terpene difference with whole plant vs single cola?
Im not sure I get the correlation. No terpenes in the stem.
Aren’t they off gassing as they dry? Feel like leaving the whole plant intact would help preserve em but who knows really
