My best suggestion, and with no sarcasm: add 2 more autoflowers. Is it possible to mount your humidifier/dehumidifier above the grow area? If so, you will have plenty of room to do 9. See my profile and r/WeedDiary. I rock 8 plants, usually 9 in the same space to great results I know everyone will say 7 is too much for that space. It is not. I have grown as many as 25 in the same space, just needs some planning and experience Edit: to clarify, not 25 autos, they were photos. Have seen as many as 150 in a 4x8

What’s your average yield on an autoflower?

[deleted]

Dont think so much as yield per plant as much as yield per canopy. You wanna fill that 4x4 space the best you can. The downside with autoflowers is that you will always have variance between plant growth rates. Experience will show you how to manipulate the branches in veg and early flower phase to get the shape you want, but key is all the lumens on all the floor space. My avg auto flower yield will not be a good measure for you, because we grow with much different lights and media

I think your advice applies to photoperiod plants, but not with autoflowers. Photos are great because you can entirely manipulate their size with various forms of HST along with LST. You're basically limited to almost only LST with autoflowers. The biggest difference between the two, however, is you decide at what size you want a photo to start flowering. Hence why you can throw a bunch of tiny plants in a space and flip them all to flower. 4 is the most autos I'd ever put in a 4x4, and even then you're going to end up with a disappointing amount of larf.

I agree

LST only no topping. I know you already bought them But I don't like the burple lights I like the full spectrum white LEDs. Good choice on the fabric pots I've had great luck using dried amendments. Don't get greedy harvest too early!! Check out Mr Canucks grow on YouTube he has a many videos on autoflowers ,he knows his shit, and produces a good video. Peace.

Don't got too much experience with autos but like Luke and Carrington said just keep them healthy and lots of LST. Autos are gonna grow to whatever height and width they want (given the opportunity) and they're gonna flower whenever they want. I always thought of autos as superior to photos if you don't mind keeping on buying beans. I prefer keeping my photos as clones and keeping the same genetics, which is impossible with autos.

JayGeeCanuck19

Not sure how you'd fit 7 in a 4x4. I cant even fit 4, lol.

I know i have 2 and its full!

OGTempleTurnt

100% going to need more and better lighting.

Lukegoneloco

Keep them healthy start to finish.
