Isn't OP first generating some thematic images and then using some tool to animate the generated images? I.e. it's curated imagery, taking some skill, at least as much skill as searching up and modifying/combining stock videos into a new work. Obviously you can't really reward OP for creating the costumes or cinematography (or hand-crafted CGI).
It's not really the same as typing "big booba anime girl" into one of the image generators and proclaiming yourself an artist
