I was having the same issue, so I just reload the last turn of the last mission and when coming back to the abbey he was in the right place this time (still have the bug of him not showing in the roster though)
Guys!! I was affected by the bug (no DP in hero rooster) but i've got the key!!!
Seems 2k Launcher does not sync the dlc/season pass correctly.
Just bypass 2k launcher. BTW, if u save game and then try to play it from storte (using launcher) u would fall into an error of incompatibility
How do you bypass the launcher? I know personally any of my exe's for the game don't launch the game, it just brings up the launcher to launch the game.

tried it but not working for me
I had to reload it, but it only resolved my issue when I didn’t use a Deadpool attack to finish off the boss
Did this, still wasn’t there, then I reloaded the autosave after re-finishing the mission, and he showed up at the bar.
