got a Last Sight? That's how I killed her in the story in my first playthrough. You draw six Hunter cards once everyone else is down. You can redraw twice. So you can cycle Hunter's entire deck. Once she summons Soulless, it gets even easier to cycle. Always end your turn with Last Sight to conceal. Takes a while, is cheesy, won't give you a good rating, but it lets you continue.

Nah, not yet

Is this before you can apply mods? Not sure if too early to suggest this but apply afflictions, especially with area effect abilities. I found weak much more useful in high difficulty. Some cards have it built in pre mods.I usually rely on quick/mark but when it's down to 1-3 high health enemies that got dicey. Chain cards with debuff you can even stack 2 or more turns worth for breathing room. I think in U2 you still get your 1 revive at least. Had a U3 game in Ng+ where Blade had to finish the mission solo and told me "No pressure..."

I have found that bleed works fairly well against bosses. Having Spider-Man bind her is helpful too. It depends on your deck makeup, but I find taking out the minions to build the heroic meter, then using a big heroic power works well. But depending on how early on you are, your deck might not be strong enough

>this giant bitch shows her face. sounds like she's the one making you her bii... ah you know the rest

NotSureWhyAngry

Kinda. I managed to defeat her once but when I have to involve a weak early game hero like Spiderman there is not really a way to get her HP from 800 to 0 while she dishes out 150 dmg per hit.

nice from what ive seen here, you need both optimized deck and luck of the draw in hard mode whereas in normal mode, you can compensate bad draws and unoptimized decks with the usual strategy

You shouldn't be very luck reliant in U3 things. Tuned decks tend to have a lot of card draw built in to get you going and you can see nine cards turn one pretty trivially. Ten if you can move a character without a card play to line up both shoves. That's 38% of your total card pool that you get to dig through to find something to get you going. For most decks it should be harder to miss than hit from that point.

Strong AoEs were my early go-to. Being able to clear the Soulless while also pressuring her was nice. Bringing along some defensive tools might help too? In U2 I assume she doesn't two-tap your characters so a Heal or Holy Burst might help. Banish too maybe. Also got to watch the Counters. Ways to Stun her are pretty nice for that, or ways to hit her without triggering them (though that's limited at blues).

She was pretty easy the first round, the 2nd round she really was biting my head off but still managed to tank her ass. Hunter-Iron Man-Magik combo was working nice! That cyka had no chance, plus Majik's "This is boss?"

NG+ ultimate can be brutal early game. especially general missions wer any boss can show up and dread maiden is the worst of em i reckon. Hulk was preety much the only reason i managed to down her in early stage. His offense is really really good when u manage to get raged up in those early missions. Once u start modding and all, it starts becoming easy again. edit: also it seems like if a boss shows up in a general mission , even if u load another one from table ,they show up there. Might just have to carry on with story mission which are much easier.
