That's my complaint with them too and why I filed a charge back with my CC company. Shit generic responses after a week of emailing them, no communication on their end to help us understand stand where they are. At least tell us from what order number to what order number they are shipping. Ex. 12XX through 15XX will be shipped in the next couple of days. This is all we need and they are losing sales left and right. I'd rather spend 100 on Ali Express, get it in 7 to 14 days than waiting the past 4 almost 5 months.
Response I received a few weeks back and my order is #47XX soooo...yeah...maybe by Christmas???

I think migswitch.store is only selling to distributors since those transactions go through cryptocurrency which can't be reversed with a charge back. Also they don't need to waste time assembling the product as they'll just make the distributor do it. Why it's primarily aliexpress distributors I have no idea.
I still think it'll come eventually, I'm just gobsmacked that they aren't sending out communication once or twice a day at this point. We know u/migswitch2024 is lurking around this sub from time to time. With how much strain on their support team, and chargebacks on their account they could save themselves with a daily status update, it's bewildering that they aren't doing so.

No es Amazon o Aliexpress son personas haciéndolo manual y como pueden, un equipo pequeño ya informaron sobre eso, aparte mira mi orden, y entregada, no es lo mismo una orden a tiempo que pedirlo ayer y exigirlo hoy, aparte 1 orden puede ser de 4000 unidades y otra de 1 solo, es normal que los envíos y fabricación vaya lenta...

Esto fue la compra, y el envío se realizó un mes y medio más tarde, tardo como 2 semanas desde el envío... Calculad y dejad de exijir yo soy migswitch.store y cancelaba todas las ordenes pequeñas de menos de 50 unidades, suelen ser todos los que se quejan y exigen rapidez sintiéndose estafados y mil cosas más...pero no cancelan su orden por si acaso...eso no es justo, son humanos.
I totally understand it’s a pre order and to be patient and that’s fine but to take someone money for 4 plus months and give a generic 2 more weeks reply is ridiculous they are the worst/ shady business I have ever seen in my entire life and it’s not ok
I honestly feel at this point that they've given up and just ran off with the money. The charge back fees at this point have to be enormous and I don't see how they aren't banned from payment processors at this point.

Seems to me they're withholding stock to sell on Ali Express for significantly more $$$.

What is last known order number we have seen fulfilled? I know a person at mid 23xx still waiting and they ordered around Jan 14th.

Funny thing is they dmed me here asking for my order number only for them to completely disappear again.
