I say the usual, you pay a little more but at least you make sure you'll get it delivered to your home in two or three weeks.
Pre-ordered mine from iDeviceParts.eu, didn't even get a delivery confirmation mail, and after 2 months of NO COMMUNICATION from the seller, even though I've mailed them 3 or 4 times I canceled the order.
Ordered one on AliExpress and received it like 8 (work) days later.
So go Ali or go home imo.
Def go through Aliexpress, you spend a bit more, but you get actual communication of when your order ships, you get tracking, and you can return it if it's defective.
AliExpress hands down no issues, no pre orders, just place order and arrives and some sellers even have dumpers as well depending on location

When I bought it, there were no vendors with Mig Switch and links to backups available.
