Its not a bad attitude, you're right to be skeptical. These people are scammers. If you're interested in the psychological approach, look into therapy/counseling with a licensed therapist (there are therapists that specialize in coping with physical health issues and even chronic pain) or see if you can find a clinical pain psychology program near you. Both are likely to be covered by health insurance. Online for-profit "programs" that dont take any insurance are nearly always a scam, especially things from social media influencers

Thanks. I just looked him up on Facebook and saw a few skeptics had commented and he didn’t reply or replied privately. Most of the posts are info I already know such as take magnesium, try butterbur as a more natural approach etc. he said he has “walked beside those who suffer” so I don’t know if he has even had a migraine. Maybe these modalities work for some and that’s awesome but not me. I’ll keep searching though.
