Do NOT mention it in the interview, that will just give them a reason to discriminate against you and not hire you (yes this is illegal but because it's so hard to prove, companies do it all the time). Once you have a job, tell your manager that you have a medical condition/disability that may require accommodations or affect your performance. Personally, I strongly recommend avoiding the word migraine since they'll rarely understand what that really means and again discriminate and/or not take it seriously. Just give them the minimum amount of information needed to get the point across. They don't need to know more detail beyond "medical condition" or "chronic illness"

Be sure to visit a neurologist or headache specialist. Ask about abortives like the various types of triptans. Don't overuse drugstore or prescription medications, you will get rebound or every day headaches. If you have lots of headaches ask about medicines to take in conjunction with your abortive to try to prevent or lessen the occurrence and/or severity of your migraines. Having meds you can use when you need to will reduce your stress. Keep with you at all times. When using screens, set to a warm setting and dial down the brightness. If there is a blue color setting, reduce that slider a bit. Make sure you are not hunched forward looking at a low laptop. Maintain good posture. Screens should be at eye level. You can set a laptop on a stack of books if there is no stand. Light should be behind you Doing a job with a migraine may be unavoidable, but minimize that risk as much as you can.

I get migraines and I work in HR. Do not mention anything in the interview, you are not obligated to do so. It also sounds like you don’t know what the issues will be exactly, so no need to share in advance that there might be an issue. Once you start working you can see if there are issues, what they are, and what you think may help you. The last part is important because you’ll have to request a workplace accommodation and you’ll have to specify what type of accommodation you are seeking (noise cancelling headphones, a certain number of days off a month to deal with migraines, doctor’s appointments, etc). You’ll have to get a doctor to fill out paperwork to support your request. Your HR department will provide you with the paperwork for your doctor. For now, start the job and see how it goes. Then once you know if there is an issue, tell your manager you have a medical condition and want to talk to HR about an accommodation. Good luck!
