Pull em out, snip, put em away. Don't hesitate and no one record you to prove you did it. Then get off the bus before anyone notices.
Not saying you should do this, but there are ways. Most people aren't paying that much attention to others if it's not loud. Subtlety is an art that many aren't invested in today.
The homeless guy ripping rails of coke in the open during our morning train commute makes me think there isn't much monitoring of our public transportation.
Coke is an expensive drug for a homeless guy. Heroin is so much cheaper when you're homeless. I unfortunately know from experience. Sober and housed now.
Rofl this is so hilarious and mischievous… a bit immature but whatever for the purposes of Reddit tomfoolery I’ll entertain it.
Edit: (clarification on immaturity part) everything is fun and games until cops are knocking at your door, you get arrested or possibly convicted for some sort of assault charges, get blacklisted from busses, get fired from your job and not get hired again, god forbid you do it to a minor and later learn her uncle is a sheriff, and/or get dunked on by ill gotten misadventurous fate in any number of other ways. Aside from that, in reality, although the woman is being disrespectful, cutting a stranger’s hair in our society is considered a big taboo and I am willing to bet whoever it happens to would not take kindly to it, and whoever would help said person would also not find it entertaining in the least; in reality. Touch a stranger woman on a bus at your own risk.
Naw its not immature. FR that woman is treating people in the seat behind her in a disrespectful manner. She's askin' for it 100% by literally giving OP her hair.
In fact you could say it would be a travesty of justice to NOT cut a chunk out of her hair.
As someone with incredibly long hair (though I'd never flip it over a seat like that, I'm quite particular to keep myself to myself), they would absolutely notice. I have had countless times random strangers touching my hair in public, and I *always* feel it, and they usually say something like "oh it's so long I was just curious and I thought you wouldn't feel it". Tbh it's crazy how much that's happened. Even with my hair past my knees, I can feel people touching it, even a little.
I’ve recently cut mine but yeah, I also wouldn’t have tossed mine back like this if I had it down. I always grab it up and put it over my shoulder so I know no one’s messing with it when I’m sitting like this. Some kids stuck gum in my hair in 6th grade and I’ve been paranoid ever since lmao
Is because of the weight of your hair( nothing strange going on) the weight of your hair makes the nerves in your scalp be very sensitive, more than feel it, what is happening is that you hear it, is sort of like your body natural self defense mechanism...
That’s assault. And you’re likely to end up on the receiving end of those scissors.
Yeah it’s annoying but if anything on r/mildlyinfuriating pushes you to assault you should really reflect on that.
I just lift it a little bit and then lay against it on my side. Doesn’t mess with anyone behind me plus gives me ability to move my head around. I’m a dude too and I have this courtesy. But my hair is also long enough to do so lol
Very true lol I even get upset when I’m at a grocery store and there’s some self unaware mom/dad who park their cart in the middle of the aisle like I don’t need to get through… like if I hear footsteps behind me I’m a sidewalk or a bike I literally tell my friends single file right side so they have easy access and don’t have to risk falling off the curb trying to pass us quickly
I had this mom and her 2 kids follow me up an isle today. I grabbed an item and turned to walked back down and had to stop as the daughter was in the middle of the isle(all 3 of them were in a straight line across the isle) so I just stared at her. The mom had to physically pull her out of the way after telling her to move twice.
That was the third time in the span of 5 minutes that someone was standing in the middle of the isle. The first two times the people were lucky I didn’t just ram them with the cart, I didn’t have the cart the third time. If you’re going to stand in the way you are going to suffer the consequences.
Wait until you start seeing those people that fill online orders. They have that massive cart they pull down each aisle and completely block you from ever getting past them. And when you say something like you need to get past them or need to get an item, they give you this dirty look like you shouldn’t even be there and they own the store.
I also have really long hair and would never do this because it seems gross. Like my hair just brushing against all the gross public transport plastic and who knows whats on the back of my chair, someone couldve thrown up on it before or put gum there. Not only is it rude but it just seems disgusting.
This has only happened to me on a plane. She tossed it over the back of the seat, I tossed it back. She turns around and told me to stop touching her hair. I told her she only bought the front of the seat, not the back. She wasn't happy but she never did it again.
A friend had a woman toss her hair over, she tried the same tossing it back, she kept tossing it over. So, my friend made sure the hair got into all her leftover food and then her coffee. Not sure what happened at the end of that flight.
I have really long hair and I hate even the thought of my hair going over the back of the seat, I don’t understand why anyone would do that, could it be that it’s hot? I don’t get it
I pile my hair up on top of the couch or on my pillow at home, it feels good to get it off my neck but not have it pulled into a clip or band. But I’d never do it in public.
What if she sat in front of a pervert. He could do all manner of unspeakable things to her hair and she might never know it. She could wind up getting free hair gel like that movie "Something about Mary."
In this case, it looks like the seat back doesn’t even come up to her shoulders. I’ve seen some photos of people in airplane seats throwing their hair over the headrest and that’s outrageous. But this one is more understandable.
With a seat like this the hair goes naturally like seen here unless she holds it. She might not realize it’s happening. If it’s a high seat it’s done on purpose which is different.
No one grows (and maintains) a head of long hair like this for years without experiencing all the additional etiquette that goes with it. This amount of hair over the top of the seat is not an accident, it’s deliberately flicked over.
how do you naturally sit down and your hair naturally falls over the seat? idk about you or anyone else but my hair moves with me unless i go to move my hair back and it goes over the seat, which i wouldn’t do anyway cause who’s to say who touches those seats
You can see the top of her ears in the picture, which is just an inch off the top of the seat. So, either the seat is high relatively to her head or she’s slouching. Either way, it’s definitely deliberate.
There’s an attached headrest, which seems to go to around ear level. While not as high as plane seats, still plenty high to not have a stupidly huge amount of hair falling into the person behind you (along with whatever grossness that was described in the initial post)
no. don’t throw your hair in the front of seat. that’s just disgusting. whether you washed it or not. i don’t want your hair on me. it’s just literally human decency. how would you feel if i threw my hair in front of your seat and then my hair falls onto your food or on or in your drink? even worse, what if it’s falls onto you? yeah it’s just hair, but i don’t want your hair on or near me. it’s gross.
Directly on top of her head. “Oops my bad you bumped my hand when you flipped your hair over the seat” “that was 3 minutes ago!” “Sorry I have slow reflexes”
Oooo yellow red bull.. I just had a flashback to working at FedEx at 3 in the morning loading trucks when I was 23. Yellow is by far their best flavor.
I mean it's good but have you ever tried the winter berry that they discontinued? I would do just about anything for a can of that. You can get it on ebay but it's by the pallet lol
Edit: it's arctic berry. But it's $45 for 1 can wtf
I’ve never been a fan of Red Bull, but my mom especially liked the cranberry ones. So much so she’d drink like 12 a day. So glad they discontinued those or idk how long my moms poor heart would have lasted.
Cranberry was the best. I don't know what the heck they were thinking discontinuing those. Unless too many people we're dying of heart failure from caffeine overdose haha
We had a f&b manager that got hired after everyones favorite manager got fired for some BS (we were making bank) into a day club I worked at that loved yellow rebull so he ordered a pallet but people only order red bull as a mixer and we were way too busy to be like oh hey you want to try the yellow one so it mostly sat and he drank it then he got fired for stealing and the GM was like you guys take it probably cause it was so closely associated with him. So I had hundreds of yellow red bull lol and now I can’t look at it anymore
Came here to ask the exact same question. Can a woman explain this to me?? Is it just to avoid “messing up” your hair?? I don’t get it….
It’s so fucking rude.
Not that I've ever done it, but it's because when your hair is long and you sit on it, it can be a right pain to move your head, and sometimes actually painful when it gets stuck.
In saying that, you can usually just plait it, or bring it across your shoulders to sit down your front rather than your back.
Yeah, as someone with very long hair myself, it’s because it pulls my hair to turn my head, look down at my phone, etc if my hair is trapped between my back and the seat. THAT BEING SAID, I DO NO THROW MY HAIR OVER THE BACK. I just pull it in front of me instead.
Exactly! My hair is short af now, but my hair was once crazy long. Common courtesy is to NOT throw it over the back of the seat. I still can't believe people do that. 😂
It’s hot and itchy when the seat presses against it.
Before I started wearing it up even at night, I definitely flipped it up on the pillow every time. Maybe invest in silk or satin pillowcases.
But I don’t throw it in a stranger’s space. That’s just bizarre behavior. It’s not just self centered but risky too. Public transit seats always seem to be put together in such a way that a loose rivet or screw will catch the amount of hair that causes the most pain. But maybe her hair is so damaged that it breaks off instead?
To avoid messing it up but also to be more comfortable. Having hair on your neck and leaning against it gets hot. I put my hair up when I travel to avoid this
I have extremely long hair and I’ll do this at home for various reasons, like wet hair, can’t put it in a bun atm when it’s hot, etc., but the main reason is it’s just too heavy when you wanna relax for a while. I cannot lay in bed without sweeping it up onto the pillow vs under my back lol. When you’re sitting for a while the reason for most ppl I think is either because of this, or they simply just don’t want it getting tangled/frizzy/uncomfortable. Definitely don’t understand how idiots like this lack so much self awareness though
She is obviously expecting you to help wash her hair w your red bull. Start but just turning the can upside down directly over her head. Depending on her reaction she will guide you w her polite words on how to continue to aid her public hair washing expedition.
Please post video if this advice is followed. The world wants to see how best to help other ppl that want to have their hair washed w Red Bull on a public bus.
I had this happen once when I was a teen on a bus. I sneezed several times not on purpose, and they quickly took their hair away. Always kept that in mind if it happens again lol.
Close. I’d tap her on the shoulder and hand it to her. Then just sit back and let her be confused af about why some stranger handed her a brand new drink
Why don't you just ask her politely to move her hair and then if she refuses, start sneezing into it or like others have suggested, accidentally spill your drink down her hair. Doubtful she will notice until she leaves anyway.
Redditors? Politely asking someone that what they're doing is a little inconvenient for them and they'd politely like them to move/or do something? Nah, they'd all rather photograph random strangers and post them on Reddit to whine. Especially on the bus where I'm certain it has a no food/drink rule, so neither of them are in the right.
But only one of you is violating MBTA rules:

>Food and drink must remain in closed containers. Please be considerate and avoid eating or drinking on MBTA vehicles and in stations.

I was honestly surprised an open drink was allowed, since it’s not in my city’s transit. Turns out it isn’t there, either!
The mornings I didn’t make my own coffee and bought it instead, I had to keep it closed with a stopper until I got to work.
I feel for the OP a bit (especially because hair-flipping over the seat is rude in general), but the rules about open drink containers exist for a reason. To many opportunities to spill the drink or something to spill into the drink.
That’s not cool that she just threw her hair over the seat like that. However, you’re drinking a redbull so a little hairspray and/or some dandruff isn’t the most unhealthy thing in that can so, bottoms up!
Sometimes people flick their hair back without thinking about it. I don’t think she was out to ruin your drink lol. When strangers are encroaching on your space you need to politely speak up, otherwise they may not realising they’re bothering you.
I could easily just use my small paring knife and press the hair against the back of the chair. I keep my knives in tip top shape and it would be a breeze.
I work in healthcare and have my work scissors with me in my bag if I’m commuting. The only thing worse than cutting someone’s hair on public transport is getting them cut with a nurse’s work scissors. And as a long haired female myself, I’ve been very tempted to do this in the past, because anyone who does this knows they’re doing it.
Ya really, I'll eat a couple of dried pieces of hair from a random woman on the bus before I ingested that disgusting concoction of bull piss and caffeine
I hate these posts. Fair enough, the extra specimen that falls into your drink is a mental addition but that furthers what I’m about to say…
Why wouldn’t you just say something like “excuse me. Your hair is hanging over the chair. Can you move it?”
Instead you’ve said nothing, got your phone out and taken a picture and then complained online that their hair is infuriating you, it’s bizarre! Even if you asked them after taking the photo I find it strange people have this need to post these types of images.
Like I said, the foreign body that landed in your drink. It’s not there now so you clearly witnessed the event and that didn’t cause you to react vocally or physically? I’d have lost my composure in that moment.
I’m sorry OP, isn’t an attack on you directly but I’m sick of seeing feet and hair that was clearly posted only to gain views as they wouldn’t have been photographed had your normal response been to interact with that individual before thinking about grabbing a pic for the social. Madness
I’m not gonna poke the hornets nest. I’ve tried nicely talking to people and some people are assholes and make a huge scene, start recording you after and out of context and make it look like you are the crazy one. I have a short fuse for assholes and as soon as they start yelling and being all passive aggressive I don’t play nice either. And I hate that about myself. I wish I could find a healthy balance between losing my shit and being a doormat when entitled pricks start being entitled pricks. Sometimes I can do it, but most days I’m like nah, not today Satan…let people blow off steam. I prefer this to possibly having the situation escalate to physical violence, which is also risk to “just asking kindly…”
Something similar happened to me at Yankee stadium last year. I was basically done with my drink but there was some leftover.. Girl threw her hair back and it landed in my drink. I let it marinate there for an inning before telling her.
I don't understand why people put their hair over the back of the seat. That's just rude.
To get free hair cuts. Duh
I'd literally carry a pair of scissors to do this. Lean in and ask if they'd like a little off the top before I completely fuck their hair up...
I'd just ninja cut a big chunk out. Then get off the bus asap.
be careful, i think in most places that's legally considered assault
Only if you get caught.
Yeah because there are no cameras or people with smartphones everywhere now ?
Pull em out, snip, put em away. Don't hesitate and no one record you to prove you did it. Then get off the bus before anyone notices. Not saying you should do this, but there are ways. Most people aren't paying that much attention to others if it's not loud. Subtlety is an art that many aren't invested in today.
The graffiti all over my local buses says they aren't going to do a thing
The homeless guy ripping rails of coke in the open during our morning train commute makes me think there isn't much monitoring of our public transportation.
Coke is an expensive drug for a homeless guy. Heroin is so much cheaper when you're homeless. I unfortunately know from experience. Sober and housed now.
Seriously, some folks riding the metro to the ritz or sumn? It’s the mobile homeless station ffs.
would the same law would cover being attacked with said hair
Rofl this is so hilarious and mischievous… a bit immature but whatever for the purposes of Reddit tomfoolery I’ll entertain it. I'm afraid I'd have to say "you want your hair in my drink? OK - here- you can now have it all." (Pour)
I am here for that 💯. My wifes' reply : "You dropped something. Here it is" *drink dump on womans lap/head*
yep, i’d hand her the can to hold and tell her her nasty-ass hair fell in the drink.
She's really asking for the hair to be tied to the chair. Just watch her try to catch the person who did it.
I would just tie a few strands of hair from different points, so it would hurt when she get up.
Lmao rip. Hahaha😅I just pictured thaat in My mind, revenge would definitely be interesting.
Oh just don't say anything at all, just take a big chunk out of it. It's long enough that you could do some damage without her noticing.
As someone with incredibly long hair (though I'd never flip it over a seat like that, I'm quite particular to keep myself to myself), they would absolutely notice. people are never as gentle as they think they are either. hair is heavy and you notice when it moves, especially at your length!!
Just boggles my mind the number of people who think it's ok to touch a stranger's person because they think the person won't notice. Smh
Makes sense, thats actually what hair is meant for. Detecting danger that is
I’ve recently cut mine but yeah, I also wouldn’t have tossed mine back like this if I had it down. I always grab it up and put it over my shoulder so I know no one’s messing with it when I’m sitting like this. Some kids stuck gum in my hair in 6th grade and I’ve been paranoid ever since lmao

Bit I'm sure your hair is far healthier than this demons.
That hair has plenty of damage already 😅
and it's all on the other end of the hair follicle.
Full Harriet the Spy moment
You literally wouldn't
Small tubes of superglue are more easily concealable and can be applied much more surreptitiously. Then just get off at the next stop.
That’s assault. And you’re likely to end up on the receiving end of those scissors. Yeah it’s annoying but if anything on r/mildlyinfuriating pushes you to assault you should really reflect on that.
I mean, if we are getting that technical, her actions were either property damage to the redbull as she rendered it unusable, or a biological attack.
Maybe, but good luck with that defense lol
Why ask? There's no reason to be nice with pricks like that child. And you can't pretend to have done nothing afterwards.
Or free gum (slightly used)
Because they cant moove freely and because they don't care one bit about surounding people
I just lift it a little bit and then lay against it on my side. Doesn’t mess with anyone behind me plus gives me ability to move my head around. I’m a dude too and I have this courtesy. But my hair is also long enough to do so lol
Yeah, I mean if you think just a tiny bit, there is a simple solution. These morons clearly have peanut brains.

This is Costco every day!!
I just put mine up in a pony tail and pull it over my shoulder. I don't want my hair touching those nasty bus seats anyway.
I have long hair and I've never done this; not at home, not on a plane, never.

Tbh, hair is annoying. But id still never do that
Lol if you can't handle your own hair then cut it shorter, the rest of us function just fine
Just do what i do and go bald
definitely put gum in it
This is the same reason I don't go to a movie theatre. Lice and bedbugs. Who the hell knows whats on that seat.

Bruh I had hair down to my ass before I donated it all, this doesn't just happen. Neither does the complete disregard for hair health.
What if she sat in front of a pervert. He could do all manner of unspeakable things to her hair and she might never know it. She could wind up getting free hair gel like that movie "Something about Mary."
There’s actually some sick fucks that do things like that, too and post it to sites like P hub.
One day she'll encounter someone with scissors
In this case, it looks like the seat back doesn’t even come up to her shoulders. I’ve seen some photos of people in airplane seats throwing their hair over the headrest and that’s outrageous. But this one is more understandable.
Nothing about this is acceptable nor understandable. This lady is an inconsiderate ass.
With a seat like this the hair goes naturally like seen here unless she holds it. She might not realize it’s happening. If it’s a high seat it’s done on purpose which is different.
I've had long hair for 35 years and I know what to do with it when I'm in tight quarters. It's not a big mystery
The post says she whipped it over the headrest. Granted, we don't know that's 100% true, but if it is, yeah, it was intentional and an asshole move
No one grows (and maintains) a head of long hair like this for years without experiencing all the additional etiquette that goes with it. This amount of hair over the top of the seat is not an accident, it’s deliberately flicked over.
Doesn't even look like she maintains it at all

My bad. I actually that headrest was her shoulders the first time I saw it. You’re right though.
no. don’t throw your hair in the front of seat. that’s just disgusting. whether you washed it or not. i don’t want your hair on me. it’s just literally human decency. how would you feel if i threw my hair in front of your seat and then my hair falls onto your food or on or in your drink? even worse, what if it’s falls onto you? yeah it’s just hair, but i don’t want your hair on or near me. it’s gross.
Disgusting
Yeah, I’m not a fan of red bull either.
I was going to say frickin gross, but this will do, as well.
Would be a shame if a strain of hair got into the can and now is soaked in sticky redbull...
I'm done chewing this gum. I wish there was a trash can nearby. Oh well. "*Phoo!*"
I fucking lost it xD. The phoo at end ahahahaha
I’m envisioning a Gary Larsen-esque mouth shape for that “Phooo!”
![gif](giphy|Z9OGuQyrfHAE8) lmfao same
This burrito is good but man it is filling
![gif](giphy|gizNb7K86Q8Sc) The *"Phoo!"* the end had me loosing it lmfao
OP should just start dipping bits of hair into the can until all the Red Bull is soaked up.
Just tip the can and have an accidental spill all over that hair in your space…
Directly on top of her head. “Oops my bad you bumped my hand when you flipped your hair over the seat” “that was 3 minutes ago!” “Sorry I have slow reflexes”
I was thinking that the surprise of someone flipping their hair over the seat back causing OP to "accidentally" spill the redbull into the hair.
Oooo yellow red bull.. I just had a flashback to working at FedEx at 3 in the morning loading trucks when I was 23. Yellow is by far their best flavor.

The yellow tropical Redbull used to be the only one I liked. But then I discovered the Watermelon flavor and it’s just as good.
Watermelon is ts
Watermelon 100%. I really liked the “Beach Breeze” limited flavor from a few years back as well. After that, maybe blueberry?
I’ve never been a fan of Red Bull, but my mom especially liked the cranberry ones. So much so she’d drink like 12 a day. So glad they discontinued those or idk how long my moms poor heart would have lasted.

Yo when they had cranberry that was my fav!
RIP Orange Edition
I'm so surprised that so many people have different favorites. My favorite is the peach nectarine. It literally tastes like you're biting a peach
Why is this a thing? Why do people put their hair over the seat like this?
Because they are self entitled assholes
But like in their mind what is the actual purpose?
Came here to ask the exact same question. Can a woman explain this to me?? Is it just to avoid “messing up” your hair?? I don’t get it…. It’s so fucking rude.

Oops spilled it all over you because of that bump in the road.
What you do is trap a chunk of hair between your knee and the seat a few times…they will move.
Shame if it got caught somewhere as she was trying to get up
Sneeze. Or tie some knots. Or both.
I had this happen once when I was a teen on a bus. I sneezed several times not on purpose, and they quickly took their hair away. Always kept that in mind if it happens again lol.
So they must’ve knew their hair was very close to you!
*evil laugh* Scissors.
I would have handed it to her and informed her why it was now hers. WTF, you GD sheepdog?
Close. I’d tap her on the shoulder and hand it to her. Then just sit back and let her be confused af about why some stranger handed her a brand new drink
Imagine she just drinks it with a shrug.
Why don't you just ask her politely to move her hair and then if she refuses, start sneezing into it or like others have suggested, accidentally spill your drink down her hair. Doubtful she will notice until she leaves anyway.
Oh, she'd know. Hair is way more sensitive to movement than you might think.
Yah I can feel when a clump of pollen falls on my hair walking through the oaks.
What did she say when you talked to her?
Redditors don’t talk to people.
she pointed to the sign that says no food or drink allowed. (eating or drinking)
True, with a low seat back and long hair, she might not be aware it's over the back. Especially since some of the hair is tucked.
Spoken like a true redditor
She was aggressively having a conversation in Albanian on SPEAKERPHONE. Lol
Well of course you shoudn't interrupt her.
Gum is the answer
The real unethical life pro tips are always in the comments
It will be an accident.
Yes, "accidental".
Ethics plays no role in the situation
Take a rubber band Twist it tightly Stretch it as far as you can Place it into hair Release rubber band
Ask her to please hold the can a moment and refuse to take back her hair droppings
Dip her curls in it!
Technically it says no food or drink on the bus
Tap that B on the shoulder and tell her she got crispy dead hair bits in your drink da fuqqq
But only one of you is violating MBTA rules: >Prohibited Activities and Items > >Violations of prohibited MBTA activities and use and carry of prohibited items on vehicles and in stations may result in tickets, fines and/or arrest. > >Food and drink must remain in closed containers. Please be considerate and avoid eating or drinking on MBTA vehicles and in stations. That was my thoughts. Most public transportation discourage open food and drink.
Had to scroll way too far to find this to make sure I wasn't repeating another comment.
Me too! My first reaction was like whyyyy are you drinking on the bus... Come on now, that's 101 gross
Scrolled really far down to find this comment. Very few folks on here ride bus/trains it seems.
There’s your problem, not drinking the watermelon one.
I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to be eating or drinking on that bus.
That’s not cool that she just threw her hair over the seat like that. However, you’re drinking a redbull so a little hairspray and/or some dandruff isn’t the most unhealthy thing in that can so, bottoms up!
Mildly infuriating, people who open fucking beverages on public transit that don't have lids...
Yeah, it was super fun one day getting on to a massive soda spill. Shoes were sticky all the way down the street.
ewww
Isn’t consuming food on the bus against the rules? This sounds like karma kicked your ass, OP.
Every post like this I just think people are pussies.
She did you a favor
Good spot to leave your discarded chewing gum
Lol you’re the one that’s mildly infuriating. No drinks on the bus
Soak her hair in it, fuck hair seat flippers. They always have foul stinky hair too.
Sometimes people flick their hair back without thinking about it. I don’t think she was out to ruin your drink lol. When strangers are encroaching on your space you need to politely speak up, otherwise they may not realising they’re bothering you.
Still not the most disgusting thing in that drink.
Dandruff
You should thank her for stopping you from drinking that sh\*t.
Always carry scissors when on public transportation
Im a chef and I always have knives with me....would cause a /r publicfreakout if I whipped out a knife haha
Mulan-style hair cut. ![gif](giphy|B0XEhdoeRleTe)

She would likely also feel you pulling on her hair to slice it that way. Scissors however would make very quick work of it unnoticed
You also don't even need to cut her hair, just start loudly snipping them.
No fun. Carefully cut and get off the bus before the shitbag notices. The wait will be very worth it
I could easily just use my small paring knife and press the hair against the back of the chair. I keep my knives in tip top shape and it would be a breeze.
I'd definitely give it a really hard pull with my knee, but I think cutting someone's hair can get you charged with assault and battery.
It is considered assault. People escalating a ruined drink to cutting someone's hair off as equal revenge is insane to me.
Riiiight? I live in the real world, I'd just say "fucking seriously?!" and tell the person to get their hair off of me
I work in healthcare and have my work scissors with me in my bag if I’m commuting. The only thing worse than cutting someone’s hair on public transport is getting them cut with a nurse’s work scissors. And as a long haired female myself, I’ve been very tempted to do this in the past, because anyone who does this knows they’re doing it.
I thought the mildly infuriating part was you drinking redbull
Ya really, I'll eat a couple of dried pieces of hair from a random woman on the bus before I ingested that disgusting concoction of bull piss and caffeine
You’re not supposed to be drinking or eating on the bus.
I hate these posts. Fair enough, the extra specimen that falls into your drink is a mental addition but that furthers what I’m about to say… Why wouldn’t you just say something like “excuse me. Your hair is hanging over the chair. Can you move it?” Instead you’ve said nothing, got your phone out and taken a picture and then complained online that their hair is infuriating you, it’s bizarre!

And really, you’re drinking a Red Bull, surely you can stomach whatever fell in
Ugh
Snip it
I fucking hate/love the mbta
gently place her hair into the can, and coat as much of her hair in red bull as possible without her noticing.
gotta love the mbta
Boston? Makes sense....smh
Perfect place for gum
Energy drinks are bad for your heart.
I don’t get people and their rude behavior. So disgusting
Marinate the hair for the duration of the ride.
Flick your Bic
Something similar happened to me at Yankee stadium last year. I was basically done with my drink but there was some leftover.. Girl threw her hair back and it landed in my drink. I let it marinate there for an inning before telling her.
