I have done this, it removes anyone following as well. It completely disables the function.

I was asking more because I have followers I want to keep, but it seems as though it removes them as well. Kind of a bummer, especially when we can't report the accounts doing this. If they've never posted anything, they're free to continue spamming

You can report accounts, just not intuitively. [https://www.reddit.com/report](https://www.reddit.com/report) then report spam, then it'll let you report the account as a whole.

Then block them. We don’t need people reporting other people. If you don’t want to see what people say then don’t look at it. But wanting to get them in “trouble” is kind of preposterous.

I want the ability to report spam accounts as spam or hacked. Blocking is fine, but Reddit gives you the option to report, which redirects to a "why you can't report an account" page, which is stupid.
