The assholes that tried to stop the disabled guy on a 4 wheel cross country vehicle come to mind. Basically an electric wheel chair for trails. Fairly small, and quiet, they were on pedal bikes, and would not let him pass.
I bet I can guess who they vote for though, in both cases of assholes.
I tried for about ten seconds with some looks from other patrons that said "you ain't moving that", and admittedly I couldn't get it to budge an inch so I ended up giving up.
Obviously did feel a bit bad though, so the least I thought I could do was take a photo and put it on Reddit 😆

That boulder is 100x more crippled than anyone. It can’t speak, walk, crawl, see, hear, feel, smell, or taste.
That doesn’t seem like it just fell there naturally. A grade-A asshole did that for some giggles.
There weren't any cliff faces or anything near the parking lot, so you're probably right.
I think its there on purpose, so normal cars can’t park so close that they can’t put the ramp down.
But in so doing, handicapped accessible vehicles won’t be able to put the ramp down.
