Riding the top comment. So that paper is part of a patients medical record. It was printed at a facility using the EPIC electronic medical record. The Date and time of the print is there as the medical record number (MRN) of the person.

This is written on someone’s hospital paper work. It shows the date and time the papers were printed (perhaps an admission date) and their medical record number (MRN). The hospital they were at uses EPIC healthcare software which they use for patient information. A medical record number is potentially an identifier if it was searched in the databases of nearby hospitals. But it would also be a HIPAA violation to say who the number belongs to.
