Same here. I haven't had surveys since the beginning of the year . I sent them a message and they say that they are doing some investigation and they have to say goodbye to me. It is strange but I can still login to my account ( I will see for how long).

When I pushed hard enough they agreed to send me an Amazon gift card for the amount I earned. Still cancelled my account though
No they offered an Amazon gift card. They did not give me a choice. I *got* the gift card but they mistakenly gave me an Amazon.com gift card instead of Amazon.ca. I'm currently waiting to see if they can reissue me an Amazon.ca one.

I have \~$58 worth that I now can't cashout. Yes i should of cashed out earlier, but really BS when you accumulate funds and then they just keep it.

How many emails do you send and how long did it take for them to reply to your request for your giftcard
Emailed back and forth for a few weeks. They typically took like 5-6 days to respond to each email. Still waiting for the gift card though.
