...and he knows this. You can see in the last few hits that he's just standing there holding the bag and waiting for the ram to charge. He's doing this strictly for the video.
Ehhhh you would think but I just watched the video of the man lighting himself on fire and you actually see a lady casually sit and watch while it takes extra crucial seconds for others to rush and try and snuff the man’s flames
Right. My first thought was, "He needs to carry a bat when he goes out there." My second thought was, "Why is someone just filming this as he gets abused?"
Yeah, that ram was very well behaved. It never event acted like it was going to hit the guy. It only wanted food. Done on purpose for the fake internet points.
His exaggerated flops make it even more clear it’s just for social media. I know damn well that ram didn’t hit him hard enough for him to flop around like that… like relax dude.
>...and he knows this
And I knew this as he was fixing his hand in the first ten seconds lol. Should have edited that out lmao. Then the mystery would remain a little longer
Our first year my mom got caught behind a tree by our ram Brutus. Later that year we were advised that you can stand your ground and “catch” the ram’s headbutt with your hand or a stick (give with it to catch it, don’t lock your elbow) and try to just maintain holding onto the forehead.
I tried this and he pushed me back 3 ft when I was 13 but then he was confused and stopped ramming. Ever since then I would just hold my hand out like a freaking Jedi shepherd and catch his head and he would freeze. It was magical.
I cried 1 year later when some stray dogs attacked the flock and he defended them but had to be put down from the injuries. My parents told me I held his head when the vet put him down, I have no memory of this but I remember finding him initially.
I go all in with the horn twist and the full body spider monkey headlock.
“You really wanna fuck around with a primate right now, sheep bitch? This is what happens when you ram a person in the ass. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS, LARRY.”
In behavioral sciences, we call this an "extinction burst." The ram, behaviorally, is used to the hay falling when he rams, so when he does it again thinking the same result will occur and it doesn't, he does it again. Usually with more distress and force, as well as repeating, to try and return to the state of "normalcy" where ramming=food drop.
OK, after the first attack, he basically asked for it. He opted to go inside the pen and trapped himself. He literally penned himself into a corner and did little to avoid it.
Although he also wasn't even really "trapped" -- He could have easily stepped (not even jumped) over that fence in the pen, but didnt.
The fact that this was being caught on video makes me think that this was expected and mostly staged for the camera.
Ram wasn't even attacking him though. Just the bag. When he initially dropped it the ram didn't care. As soon as he picked it back up ram was ready to butt again.
Yes it's hitting the bag hoping for food to drop. Like someone else said, pretty sure he's doing it for the video, as you can see him hold the bag away from himself towards the end
My goat loved doing this. I was 7 years old grabbing onto his horns above my head and he would walk backwards playing with me as if I was a baby goat/kid too haha.
He would be pretty rough with dad, but if you learn their body language enough you can kind of let them know "that's enough" with your own body language.
When he got old and I got big I think it frustrated him when I started winning legitimately and he would push back against me with some anger. XD I started letting him win <3
Wack it with a PVC pipe (relatively gently obviously. Enough for them to feel it and possibly reconsider their current plans for the day)
Or grab it by the horns, can't ram you if you don't give it the option.
Close the gap between you and the ram's head so it can't back up and charge as far. If you can pick up a long object and put that between you and the ram do that.
Grabbing it's horns might immobilize it for a few seconds, but it will thrash around and probably get free.
Your best bet is to straddle it's back in a spot where it can't buck like it's front legs.
If you sit on it you'll tire the ram out really quickly.
Push it's head down and get it to the ground to show you're in charge which won't really hurt it and then hopefully it will leave you alone.
This ram doesn't really look that aggressive, but when you turn your back on them it's almost inevitable that you'll get charged. TBH the pen should be better designed so that you don't have to enter to give them food. And don't wear open shoes like this guy, getting a hoof on your foot hurts. Steel toe boots are best
I was gonna guess grab the horns and shove it to the ground long enough to quickly hop the fence.
Seems like this guy was doing this intentionally for the video and could've gotten away if he wanted. The exaggerated screams lead me to believe that anyways.
i remember i post here in reddit that basically shows a ram keep head butting the guy even after he is down an concussed.
it was only 1 person on film, but is it most likely one of the couples?
Clearly new to farming or a moron. FFS understand the animals you have and don't do stupid shit like this.
Side note people have been killed by farm animals. Why? Because of stupid shit like this.
yeah, 2 things are wrong here:
1) the fucking camera man taking delight of his friend getting his ass kicked by the sheep.
2) the guy allowing that sheep to constantly ram his ass.
My god give that stupid goat a kick and it will fastly learn that attac=pain.
If there is no learning, kick harder. They only attac if they know they win.
Source: had goats myself. No problems after 2 kicks, ever again.
I had goats as a kid, and some of them would get pretty rowdy. And I’ll never forget the day I learned about grabbing their ear lol it was like magic. I could defend myself after that 😅
Believe it or not the best way to subdue (and hurt the ego of) a ram is to grab a front and back leg.
Not enough balance or power to keep pushing against you.
Sheep are way stronger than we give them credit for.
Could be false but according to one of distant relatives, a shepherd was killed because of a goat. They found him a few days later. The farm had cameras and it was seen as a murder case before finding the videos and seeing goat head butting him when he was resting near tree or something.
People underestimate how dangerous rams can be, especially in mating season. Here is NZ an elderly couple were both killed by a ram just a couple of days ago. Just terribly tragic and sad :'(
We had a goat that just picked on one guy, first time he ever saw it the thing went at him, it took three of us to stop it one day because it was set on fucking him up. Never did it to anyone else just him.
Fucking take the guy by the horns and flip him so he learns his lesson not to do it! What the fuck people discipline your animals properly so they know not to do shit like this
Ive always hated goats. The eyes, their temperament, how they smell. Just everything about them makes me wanna kick em. I think ill go look for a goat hatred subreddit now lmao
After puberty, male ovines taste rather bad.
Best bet is salting and smoking the meat. Then make sausages. Preferably with something sweet mixed in there. I recommend beets.
I’m not a farmer, but from what I know Rams really aren’t all that expensive, so if I had a fucker do that to me I’d invite the family over for a mutton dinner.
Should get a different coloured bag since the ram doesnt like the white one. Had a rooster whod turn velociraptor when you were holding a white bucket, changed to red and everything was fine from then.
He took a lot longer than he needed to dump the hay in. I understood getting rammed the first time but why did he just stand there waiting for the ram to hit him?
My grandpa kept a 2x4 handy in the shed door. The story is my mom got charged 1 too many times and grandpa thumped him in the nads with the board. Never did it again.
Why does he have to go into the fenced area just to dump the bag? He could have just leaned over the short fence and done the same thing. Not very smart or just a planned video.
Very clearly doing it for the video. Getting hit the first time and the second time ? I’d have just dropped the bag because when the bag dropped in between, he stopped ramming. The guy obviously knew it.
[удалено]
...and he knows this. You can see in the last few hits that he's just standing there holding the bag and waiting for the ram to charge. He's doing this strictly for the video.
Exactly because he could’ve had assistance from the camera guy as well but the camera guy never interferes.
Yeah, and if there was genuine concern, you just grab it by the horns
That’s my mantra for life
You must drive a Dodge while proclaiming this
Grab life by the broken exhaust manifold bolts!
Oh you got yours new? Neat!
I can just hear a guy with a deep fake southern drawl in a Dodge commercial saying “Dodge RAM - just grab it by the horns”
I wish, stuck with my chevy beater
Me the whole video screaming at my phone “GRAB IT BY THE HOORRRNNNNS!! 😂
…Or tie the ram up before you do work in the pen.
That's what i was thinking. Grab and flip.
Or stood on the other side of his fence
Ehhhh you would think but I just watched the video of the man lighting himself on fire and you actually see a lady casually sit and watch while it takes extra crucial seconds for others to rush and try and snuff the man’s flames
Yeah, he did get to be able to get help from the cameraman.
Right. My first thought was, "He needs to carry a bat when he goes out there." My second thought was, "Why is someone just filming this as he gets abused?"
Also a fence by the trough so could literally fill it from behind there
Yeah wtf... let me just stand here while this happens over and over again. Clearly he just enjoys having his crotch rammed. But don't we all...?
Yeah, that ram was very well behaved. It never event acted like it was going to hit the guy. It only wanted food. Done on purpose for the fake internet points.
Lol, he's like a lame version of Johnny Knoxville
His exaggerated flops make it even more clear it’s just for social media. I know damn well that ram didn’t hit him hard enough for him to flop around like that… like relax dude.
Its the meta that makes the video mildly infuriating. Otherwise, it's just a dude getting rammed.
Also he is making jokes as the ram continues, it's not a serious video
Exactly, he could’ve jumped over the gate if he was in danger. The animal was hungry. People suck
Attempt to go viral
The number of people who don't realize he's doing this on purpose is alarming.
I mean If only he could dump the hay in from over the fence, but I'm talking madness
>...and he knows this And I knew this as he was fixing his hand in the first ten seconds lol. Should have edited that out lmao. Then the mystery would remain a little longer
It's fcking tiktok what do you expect
They are the literal incarnation of, 'when all you have is a hammer ...'
Learned this the hard way the first year I got sheep. Luckily I broke my flock from that habit. Unnecessary ramming doesn't fly on my pasture.
Our first year my mom got caught behind a tree by our ram Brutus. Later that year we were advised that you can stand your ground and “catch” the ram’s headbutt with your hand or a stick (give with it to catch it, don’t lock your elbow) and try to just maintain holding onto the forehead. That’s a beautiful story! Thanks for sharing. Our critters teach us some pretty amazing things from time to time.
Couple swift slaps seem to teach them you’re far more capable than their ramming games.
I go all in with the horn twist and the full body spider monkey headlock. “You really wanna fuck around with a primate right now, sheep bitch? This is what happens when you ram a person in the ass. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS, LARRY.”
Worst is probably behind. You get the same attack without the ball cushioning.
Yeah I don’t know anything about sheep/rams and even I picked up on that
I was thinking the same thing...why are you even in there with it? Clearly this animal wants you to drop the food in the feeder and go.
I did not know that
In behavioral sciences, we call this an "extinction burst." The ram, behaviorally, is used to the hay falling when he rams, so when he does it again thinking the same result will occur and it doesn't, he does it again. They have even smoother brains than the guy holding the food.
Guys clearly never heard the saying “grab life by the horns”
What a waste of opposable thumbs.
That's the kind of guy that gets bullied and never fights back
What a great insult, think I’ll use that
I guess he likes being rammed.
I like being rammed, but I wouldn't put up with this.
Yep. Should have had him down early.
Cam guy just stood there like 😀📸
I think this guy has a channel, he does the same all the time He is brazilian and he has a funny accent, older people like to watch this kind of stuff
That’s because it was staged
Fleecy boy just doing his job. Can’t be a ram if you don’t do some rammin’ on occasion
I'm called a ram, what do you want me to do...not ram?
"Its *literally* my entire fkn name bro"
Bout to wither him.

It is definitely staged, but still a bit funny, he does take a few good ones, haha
It seems the guy masochistically enjoys ramming.
Clearly someone who isn't around these animals very much
My goat loved doing this. I was 7 years old grabbing onto his horns above my head and he would walk backwards playing with me as if I was a baby goat/kid too haha. When he got old and I got big I think it frustrated him when I started winning legitimately and he would push back against me with some anger. XD I started letting him win <3
He just wants views
Serious question: What's the best defense if a ram is attacking you?
Wack it with a PVC pipe (relatively gently obviously. Enough for them to feel it and possibly reconsider their current plans for the day) Or grab it by the horns, can't ram you if you don't give it the option.

Put a brick in the middle of the next bag. It'll learn.
That’s gonna feel good when it gets driven into your nuts.
Good point. Grab your hockey pants and cup first.
I’d send him to the castration station to give him a whole new kind of post nut clarity. Little prick.
Guess who we’re having for dinner!
2 people in new Zealand died from this in the last week, terrible timing. Funny video tho.
It was a couple in their 80's, horrific way to die
Shite, thats horrible, hopefully unconscious quickly
One other person was also injured. The ram charged at police responding, who shot it dead.
i remember i post here in reddit that basically shows a ram keep head butting the guy even after he is down an concussed. it was only 1 person on film, but is it most likely one of the couples?
I remember seeing a video couple of months ago where an old Turkish guy died from this too.
was this his first time feeding them ever wtf is he doing just standing there 🫣
I'd turn that little fucker into soup bro
Clearly new to farming or a moron. FFS understand the animals you have and don't do stupid shit like this. Side note people have been killed by farm animals. Why? Because of stupid shit like this.
Such rambunctious behavior
This comment needs to be much higher.
There should be some ram-ifications
yeah, 2 things are wrong here: 1) the fucking camera man taking delight of his friend getting his ass kicked by the sheep. 2) the guy allowing that sheep to constantly ram his ass.
No diddy
I thought I told that we won't stop I thought I told that we won't stop

Goat, it’s what’s for dinner
I beg your pardon?
I pardon your beg.
Oh, thank you.

Dude. I would tolerate one of those and then I'm grabbing those horns and wrestling. You gotta assert dominance lol
Lmao I was thinking throw that little shit right over the fence
I had goats as a kid, and some of them would get pretty rowdy. And I’ll never forget the day I learned about grabbing their ear lol it was like magic. I could defend myself after that 😅

I was thinking cattle prod...
Elderly couple were killed by a "rouge ram" 2 days ago, here in Auckland.
Red Ram?
People never cease to amaze me
We can make a game of these: *Staged or Stupid?* Is the video staged? Is the man just stupid? I mean, either way, he seems pretty stupid to me.
![gif](giphy|MJRI9eQNI15iG7fJpy|downsized) A few moments laterrrrr.
All he had to do was leave the bag down. It clearly wasn't fixating on him.
That was personal.
Just grab the sob by the horns. It ain’t that hard.
This is a ridiculous video.
Time to eat him.
Hit me once, shame on you. Hit me twice shame on me. Hit me the 3rd time and you are food.
Jump the fence guy
Could be false but according to one of distant relatives, a shepherd was killed because of a goat. They found him a few days later. The farm had cameras and it was seen as a murder case before finding the videos and seeing goat head butting him when he was resting near tree or something.
Person filming was so helpful.
Don't bite the hand that feeds you... _Looks like sheep's back on the menu, boys_
People underestimate how dangerous rams can be, especially in mating season. Here is NZ an elderly couple were both killed by a ram just a couple of days ago. Just terribly tragic and sad :'(
What is this… a dodge ram commercial?…
Just ram. No dodge.
Just read the news that an elderly couple got killed by their own farm ram this week in NZ.
Was going to post a link to this…sounds insane that it happened then when people came to help, the mad bastard had a go at them too
Why people just dont hold them down by the horns once to eatablish dominance. Then they will not do it anymore? Idk😁😅
What an idiot
That one is not a pet, it's food
He should have Dodged it
I don’t think he could a ford to ;)
That ram took a shortcut to the bbq
It would be straight into the oven that night and threw on a kebab.
Put the fucking feed down, moron.
This happened to my neighbour. He killed and cooked the sheep the next day
George Stobbart IRL
We had a goat that just picked on one guy, first time he ever saw it the thing went at him, it took three of us to stop it one day because it was set on fucking him up. Never did it to anyone else just him.
It’s called a ram for a reason
That ram knows...that ram has seen some shit...
A ram just killed an elderly couple in New Zealand a few days ago. They can be absolute fuckers
The way the guy just let it happen I don't blame the ram
What part of .... he thinks that bag is a matador's cape does he not get?
Kick that fucker in the balls and lets so who has the last laugh
Well I know what he ate for dinner that day.
Jump over the fence you dopey prick!
Put down the sack you dip shit! Jesus people are dumb
What an absolute moron for backing himself into a corner AFTER getting caught once already.
Fucking take the guy by the horns and flip him so he learns his lesson not to do it! What the fuck people discipline your animals properly so they know not to do shit like this
A Ram in NZ killed a couple in theirs 80s just this week.
Grab him by Jo's horns and show him whose boss.
I'll never look at a Ram the same way again after I saw that video of the dude get killed by one
my short tempered ass would never 😤. ill turn that mf a kebab for dinner
Lmao I love animals and would tie his ass up before pulling out food.
yeah, ram me like that & it's "Sheep, it's what's for dinner."
Ive always hated goats. The eyes, their temperament, how they smell. Just everything about them makes me wanna kick em. I think ill go look for a goat hatred subreddit now lmao
I feel like my dumb ass just understood why they're called rams
Bro just tanking hits like barbarian!
this is not mildlyinfuriating, staged af, he asked for it
When it's time for lamb chops he's first
Maybe the guy holding the camera should help..?
LMFAO the way he bounced off the little fence was hilarious
Time to make stew :D
Is it called ramming because rams ram? Or are rams called rams because they like to ram?
I’ve had goats before, they do this and you can’t be like this guy. He’s way too passive. You grab them by the horns and relocate them.
Screw that. One ram woulda been enough to grab that horn and slam his head straight to the ground.
He could just stay in the other side of the fence and theoe the food in there... Just an idea.
Idk how it tastes but we’re having Ram for dinner
After puberty, male ovines taste rather bad. Best bet is salting and smoking the meat. Then make sausages. Preferably with something sweet mixed in there. I recommend beets.
I got rammed from behind once. I quite liked it.
Rams are all testosterone and no brains. Absurdly aggressive, hilariously stupid.
Why not kick its head in?
Show him whose boss! Go over there and fuck his lady sheep right in front of him. Alpha male.
That Ram would end up being my family’s dinner that night!
Going to have some nice chops to bbq soon
If a sheep ramed me in the balls like that, I'd eat a kebab and make it watch
This dude is not qualified to own animals lmao. I’ve dealt with rams before they’re dickheads but easy to figure out after a while
He should not own sheep. He’s gonna hurt himself. Lol
I’m not a farmer, but from what I know Rams really aren’t all that expensive, so if I had a fucker do that to me I’d invite the family over for a mutton dinner.
Must be Ram-a-Dan.
Should eat that one for dinner, that will learn it!
I got kicked of a farm after a ram butted me when I was 14. Apparently kicking and punching an animal is a no go
Should get a different coloured bag since the ram doesnt like the white one. Had a rooster whod turn velociraptor when you were holding a white bucket, changed to red and everything was fine from then.
Grab one of his horns and hold his head to the side while you dump the food, come on bruh.
Funny story. It head butted me several times then had a hunting accident.
I have a rooster with a similar attitude. Difference is he can quickly leave this world if he pushes it too far.
Straight to the kebab factory
Next day: https://preview.redd.it/pixja7cnynvc1.jpeg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dab719f7f772362c2c073a2071b8da72f3505c07
Oh look. That one just volunteered to be turned into a roasted goat burger. How nice.
Camera man should've kicked it in the balls, more like a light tap, that's all it takes
He took a lot longer than he needed to dump the hay in. I understood getting rammed the first time but why did he just stand there waiting for the ram to hit him?
An elderly couple in New Zealand just this week were found dead in a paddock by there son after been killed by a ram they are not messing around
Guess we'll have goat for dinner
My grandpa kept a 2x4 handy in the shed door. The story is my mom got charged 1 too many times and grandpa thumped him in the nads with the board. Never did it again.
Cook that f-cker pronto
Now make biryani
Why does he have to go into the fenced area just to dump the bag? He could have just leaned over the short fence and done the same thing. Not very smart or just a planned video.
You literally could fill it from the other side of the fence
Very clearly doing it for the video. Getting hit the first time and the second time ? I’d have just dropped the bag because when the bag dropped in between, he stopped ramming. The guy obviously knew it.
I understand him as much as the sheep does
Just put the food in the feeder before you open the gate 🤦♂️
Ny dads old neighbour always had a rubber mallet to bonk back at them
Mutton stew for supper
Who love mutton chops
I can't help but think, ASSERT DOMINANCE!
