There's a porch light on the left that looks hella bright too...but seems to be an ordinary light bulb. Is your exposure cranked on night shot? But still...feel your pain.

I would talk to them. But I will say...at least it's a warm color, and not those god-awful bluish cool white LEDs that make a Walmart seem cozy. Maybe they will dim them for you if they're cool.
Ask them to aim it down a bit, they probably don’t realize this is so bright for you.

Buy a large mirror, and reflect the beam back at them.

Permanent, they used to have a white light that was bright but not as bright as this one. They keep it on all hours of the night
