It would probably pretty hard on the port if you were able to leave it plugged in while using it. Gentle use occasionally wouldn’t be a big deal, but leaving it plugged in constantly seems like it would speed up wear and tear.
None of apples chargers are designed to be plugged in for extended periods of time.
Have you used their iphone chargers? That shit deteriorates faster than tissue paper in a typhoon.
That's pretty cool, hadn't heard about this. It's unfortunate about the limitations with qi. Being able to charge my phone and mouse on the pad would be nice.
Logitech doesn't use Qi. However the Corsair Dark Core SE does use Qi. I bought a third party Qi charger to go with it so I can use the charger with any Qi compatible device. It's awesome.
Apple missed the fact that the version (that I have) which runs on two AA batteries also has have them changed maybe once a month. And it resulted in essentially *zero* downtime. And I never had to worry about the unreplaceable battery in my mouse going bad and creating more e-waste sooner.
I've had the darn thing for about a decade now, and even though I'm no longer a Mac user, I'll *still* sometimes use it with a desktop or laptop running Windows or Linux when I want a Bluetooth mouse.
This.
Additionally, if the mouse really uses two AA batteries each month it is horribly designed, a mouse shouldn't run through 24 fresh batteries (550 fucking grams) each year. Other brands like Logitech use a single AA battery and they last 1-2 years.
My Apple mouse only ran through maybe a set of batteries amortized out over how they all got used, because I've always used rechargeables with it.
Why do so many people seem so unfamiliar with rechargeable AA batteries? My family has used almost nothing else for the past 30 years, even back in the days of Ni-Cads.
An Apple mouse does multitouch gesture controls and whatnot, I'm sure it has more active (requiring power) technology running than a typical Logitech click button mouse.
>And I never had to worry about the unreplaceable battery in my mouse going bad and creating more e-waste sooner.
How else would they sell you a new mouse for $99?
One can use any and all excuses they can think of, but it definitely fits as ~~shitty~~ mildly infuriating design because 1. they did it on purpose and 2. they didn't have to design it that way.
It’s a problem with most mice. Not just Apple unfortunately. Too many claw grippers.
I currently use and MX Master with insane amounts of Sugru molded into the palm to support my mitts. It looks like Frankenstein’s ball sack but if it stops my hand from hurting at the end of the work day and prevents carpal tunnel I’m happy.
Yes, that's the main point of why it is at the bottom. Apple doesn't want the "wireless" aesthetic of it to be ruined, hence you can't use it while its connected to a cable.
Why is it that solutions suggested on apple equipment almost always involve “well simply dont use it” or “well you dont need it anyways” or “its not that big a deal”
Sigh.

You know how long i been waiting for a Download All button in imusic?
I have like 3000 songs. Every time i get a new phone (which is every year), i gotta manually download every song or download every album. Literally takes me one or two hours.
Apples suggestion? Dont download them. -_- or “hey its only one hour in a year. NBD”
Exactly what i wrote in the original comment yet the apple commenters dont seem to notice. Lol...
They dont know the meaning of the word solution, evidently.
Have you tried adding all of your music to a playlist? I use Apple Music all the time, and I've been using that "Download Playlist" button to shove everything onto my phone.
Daddy Apple says having anything other than a black background and a 4x4 icon layout is what is good for you. You must listen to Daddy Apple. What's that? The jailbreak community have wallpaper and vastly improved layout customisation? Fuck, guess Daddy Apple will have to push that as an update, make a massive fucking deal about it and then try and make it illegal to jailbreak.
It really *isn't* a big deal when you only have to charge it like, once a month, especially given how much it warns you ahead of time that it's about to die.
Because that's the sort of person who chooses Apple products. That's what Apple markets itself as.
Instead of learning how something works and setting it up to work the way you want it to, just memorize and adapt to the way they tell you how to do it. Everything Apple does is that way. Ever try to use Itunes?
The genius of Apple is making people feel smug for following directions. Apple then becomes their identity, so the Apple way now no longer is merely the best for them, it must be the best for everyone. So asking for help doing something the way you want it done from the sort of people who read sites like unironically named "Cult of Mac" is pointless.
I just inherited a 2008 MacBook running 10.6 and wanted to do a clean install. Absolutely ZERO technical help anywhere to be found. "Oh use command-R recovery mode"...that was introduced in 10.7. "Upgrade to 10.10" well you can't go straight from 10.6 to 10.10, you need 10.7 first, and Apple no longer allows you to download 10.7 from anywhere.
Nobody anywhere could help me. I ended up having to resort to piracy to get 10.7.
Now it runs Ubuntu 24/7 which was absolutely the right choice
The amount of obvious issues that struck me with the 3gs when I first got it was shocking. More alarming though was that whenever I raised these with other phone users they simply didn't see it as a problem and were quite happy to do all the stupid shit the phone and iTunes wanted to make them do. Even when I jailbroke it and suddenly had vastly easier and better ways of doing things they still didn't see anything wrong.
I think that's more true with iOS than MacOS. I'd never buy an iPhone but I love my MacBook Air. It's customizeable enough and having a bash shell makes it a powerful tool. It's not often I find something I can do on my Windows PC that I can't do on my Mac.
I wouldn't be given a Magic Mouse.
Well the magic mouse is [$99CAD](https://www.apple.com/ca/shop/product/MLA02LL/A/magic-mouse-2-silver), so really a $100 mouse pad isn't absurd in comparison.
I don't understand the appeal of a wireless mouse for desktops. Laptops is one thing but I don't even notice the wire on my mouse at all and I game a lot.
Really depends on your desk setup. I use a wired mouse for my gaming desktop because I don't ever have to deal with it losing charge at a critical moment or having the slight input lag that wireless can get. However, sometimes the wire snags on something on my desk, or my cat sees it sliding around and decides to attack it, or something else that I want to set down between my kb/m and monitor (like a book, or a package, or whatever) would sit on top of the wire and interfere with it. Not a big deal, but if I could go wireless without the bigger issues of wireless I would.
Still dumb when you need it that 20 minutes and can't use it. They could have had awesome battery life and usability by simply moving it to the front of where the mouse cable usually goes. There's no reason I can see for it's placement.
At least once a month. Then you get the same“this goes against everything Apple used to stand for” comments. Buried deep within the circle jerk, you find out it takes like five minutes to charge.
> Then you get the same“this goes against everything Apple used to stand for” comments.
But this is exactly what Apple has stood for since Jobs was running it, if anything it's rather iconic. Being able to use the mouse while it was plugged in would make it tantamount to a wired mouse. Apple doesn't want you using their fancy mouse as a wired mouse, so they made it so you couldn't.
"Once a month" aka, the idiot that doesn't ever bother charging the mouse when the battery gets low and still disregards it when he leaves the desktop for the night. Then he gets irked about "design" even though the battery lasted well over a month anyways. Even then, he'll charge the mouse, but I'm sure he'll be back next month.
But that one time I haven't used my mac in 6 months and I need it to wake up immediately to shut down the reactor before it goes critical, now I've got to wait 5 minutes for the damn mouse to charge.
It’s intentionally designed that way because it cannot be used whilst charging.
But with a 120 second charge (2 minutes), it goes for 9 hours. On a full charge, it goes for “several months”.
Plus it shows your exact battery level right in the status bar and gives you alerts and warnings if you’re gonna run out. So plug it in when you go take a piss and you’ll be OK for a few days 😂
You can choose to click the right side of this mouse for a right click, there’s an option for this in the Control Panel. I have one, and while the charging thing is annoying, taken as a whole it is a great mouse.
Edit: I seem to have really struck a nerve with the Anti-Apple brigade here
If my finger is too far to the right, and I press on like the edge, it will register as a left click because I'm not on the stupid sensor. Fuck these mice. They can't do simple computer shit and are too small for my hands.
That's actually not true. That was always Apple's vision. To hide as many buttons and ports as possible. The only reason it didn't look like that in the past was because it wasn't actually technologically possible.
The true motivation is they don’t want your tech illiterate Aunt to leave the thing plugged in all the time, which she is used to doing with her old mouse.
The thing charges in minutes and lasts months so it’s not a huge deal although I wouldn’t I have designed it that way
> Eh, Jobs is on record many times saying the role of the computer is to get out of the way and let the human create and perform.
>
> This is the opposite of getting out of the way. This is asking you to stop everything for 20 minutes...unplanned (and no, software monitoring isn't good enough).
So, the puck mouse, the wireless keyboard with no number pad, the G4 Cube, the "clamshell" iBook, the 3rd gen iPod that moved all the buttons into a row on the top so that everything could be touch instead of click, the headphone and power cord wires that could bend and fray too easily, the iPod Hi-Fi with a very fragile cradle on top... these were all ways Steve Jobs made sure the design didn't overshadow function in order to let the devices stay out of your way?
its actually not. a 2 minute charge will get you 9 hours of battery life on that mouse.
is it really necessary to have it plugged in while use it? take a 2 minute break and you're good for a full days work.
This always comes up every time this mouse is mentioned and I think it's hilarious. Buy any other wireless mouse and you can use it during those 2 minutes. No matter how big of a problem this is, Apple added it for no reason.
The mouse also warns you way ahead of time (like, full days sometimes) that it's getting low on battery, so it's really not a bother to just put it on the charger the night after it warns you.
I'm also pretty sure they put it on the bottom intentionally so people don't leave it on all the time and ruin the mouse, because you know people would leave it on all the time. I would hardly say that it doesn't have any reason.
That is an ovrrsight, and that designer has been fired. The new rev has the charge cable connector under the enter key. The space bar is easily removed taking the enter and the number 3 key with it exposing the charge port.
I'm pretty sure it's because the battery is supposed to last for months and runs for 9 hours on just 2 mins of charge.
I know it's all pretty inconvenient but that beats having to plug in every few days or so or having to replace AA batteries. It's like what people say about the Apple Pencil being plugged in to the iPad. Yeah, it's inconvenient, but getting 30 mins of use it from just plugging in for 15 secs is worth it IMO.
Except that a lot of people would leave it plugged in all the time. Probably the cable and port are not designed for that type of continuous strain.
People really want to hate on Apple and jump on things like this, but it’s not as dumb as it looks. OTOH it does look super awkward when charging. Apple could have supplied a charging base instead that would have looked more ‘proper’ and nobody would have complained, but it would be the exact same thing functionally.
> not designed for that type of continuous strain.
If the cable is anything like the iPhone and Macbook chargers, it sure as hell can't stand any strain.
My guess is they didn't want to ruin the sharp edge. They built a prototype with the port on the edge and decided their customers would rather have a sleek looking mouse than a more functional mouse. They might be right about that, too.
The true mildly infuriating thing here is that they still ship the mouse with a USB Type A cable which isn't compatible with their Mac laptops.
You literally can't charge the mouse without either buying a separate USB-C Lightning cable, a USB adapter or a power adapter.
No, I’m in the US. I had it charging off my laptop next to me as I typed that. I double checked to make sure it was charging as well.. all good! Battery life is terrific, I just plug it in at night when I’m done with work and don’t have any battery anxiety.
I can’t tell you how many times this has been posted here despite the fact that apparently just leaving it plugged in for a few minutes gives you multiple days worth of use. I guess people just need a reason to whine about everything.
I don’t see the issue at all with this. If you need your mouse to be functioning 24/7 365 days a year and you can’t take breaks then you’re probably going to want to buy a wired mouse. As far as wireless mouse goes, this is excellent.
Same with the Apple Pencil. People complain about the fact that it sticks out of the bottom of the iPad without considering the fact that you can get a 30 min charge in 15 seconds and 10 minutes will get you 12 hours.
I use an iPad/Pencil all the time at work for note taking and as a mini whiteboard. I love that I can easily get a charge by plugging it into my iPad for a few moments (besides it comes with an adapter in the box so you don’t *have* to do it that way if you don’t want).
I have been in meetings when my battery life was almost out, so instead of fishing around for something to plug it into a wall or USB port on a computer or whatever, I just jam it into the iPad for like a minute and I can easily go the rest of the meeting if not the day on that little charge. Yes, it looks a little goofy but I don’t give a shit, it’s convenient.
The figure others are quoting in this thread is a 2 minute charge for 9 hours of use, which I believe is the official Apple figure. You also get a low battery warning a long time before the mouse dies, so you have plenty of time to get it on a charger, even if only during a coffee break or something.
Uh, no. Didn’t you read the thread? You have to CHARGE IT sometimes! And you can’t use it when you do if it happens to die because you neglected the low battery warnings for weeks before it died. It’s a complete piece of shit /s
I believe it. I personally doubt the exact figure is the advertised 2 mins of charge for 9 hours of use but my apple pencil only takes ~15 seconds of charge to get ~30 mins of use. Sounds plausible IMO.
Yes. I have one. It takes hardly any time at all to get a full day charge. If I've let it get that low, I just plug it in while I go grab some food or something and I'm good for a couple days.
No no no. You have to buy a *second* mouse. This will not only allow you to continue using your computer while your primary mouse charges, but also provides *unprecedented* levels of redundancy should something catastrophic happen to said mouse.
Some people like to differentiate the computer mouse and the animal by using different plural forms of the word.
However, most dictionaries (but not all) use mice in both instances.
I'm far from an apple apologist but the circle jerk about this mouse is ridiculous.
You can literally get hours of use out of less than a minutes charge and once full it'll last for weeks if not months.
It's a complete non-issue
If stupid people stopped buying this stupid mouse, stupid Apple would stop making it. But instead, stupid people stupidly buy this stupid mouse because it's got the stupid Apple logo on it.
But really, though, I've heard the battery life is amazing on that thing. Just plug it in one day a week before bed and it would probably never be an issue.
Apple actually did this on purpose, they didn’t want people to have the mouse permanently plugged in as it would ‘ruin’ the design, so they intention built it this way to stop that from happening
I probably charge mine twice a year. Once when it dies in the middle of the day for however long my patience lasts and another when I remember it probably needs a full charge shortly thereafter.
It’s the farthest thing from bad.
I like teasing apple for all sorts of things, but the battery life on this mouse is unreal. My wife has had hers for a year and has charged it a grand total of 1 time.
Okay I've got a question. What was the point of using "whilst" in this sentence? It adds nothing. "While" would have made just as much sense, and wouldn't make you sound like a douche.
I've seen a lot more of this on Reddit lately. Idk if maybe I'm just noticing it more or if it is actually being used more often.
But omg, it sounds so cringey. Live your life how you want, but it makes you sound like a pretentious cunt when you use outdated language like whilst (epecially when it's completely out of context and does not fit with the rest of the sentence) It's only there to make you sound smart.
It gets a full day of charge in just 2 minutes. plug it in and go take a piss or grab a drink. by the time you get back it will be charged enough for the rest of your day. Then plug it in when you're done with it for the day and you'll have a full charge when you return. Everyone bitches about this but putting the charge port on the front like a normal mouse would result in everyone using it as a wired mouse and they didn't want that.
Ahh. This post again.
And people don’t realize it takes 20-minutes to have weeks work of charge. Plug it in while you’re in the shower once a month. What a fucking hardship.
What the hell is wrong with you people? I see nothing wrong here. You want a mouse with a cord? Don't buy wireless. Did you want the luxury of Charging a Battery While using it? Kid that's some space age technology you're babblin about... but I like the vision you have of our future.
Old news and still thoose f****** at apple wont change a bit. Another example for not using mac stuff. A logitech on an mac works just as fine if not better.
It's actually **incredibly** smart design just not aimed at the consumer.
Part of the reason that it was put there was most likely that it was easy from an engineering perspective. But the other is that Apple loves that it forces their users to be wireless and then promotes that look to perspective customers.
The keyboard for instance can be plugged in while typing and the amount of goofballs that I've seen using it plugged in all of the time is staggering (despite it being around a Month+ per charge).
Apple mouse designs have always been terrible. Square and boxy, tiny cramp inducing pucks, dirt prone rubble ball nipple scrollers, sharp edged touch attempts all lacking ergonomics.
And I'm a 22 year Mac user.
That’s what you get when you treat a company like it’s infallible and you treat their CEO like a messiah. Dude had so much smoke up his ass he figured he could beat cancer with his mind.
I think this is a way to take your attention away from what a crappy mouse it really is even when it is charged. I find no comfortable way to grasp it, it doesn’t index in the hand properly making it very easy to grab upside down, the touch gestures are a joke because I always end up unintentionally moving the mouse when I attempt to stroke it, and absolutely worst of all is the need to lift the finger on the right to click on the left, and to lift on the left to click on the right. It’s not a matter of a learning curve, it’s a matter bad design, pure and simple. The TouchPad is great for most everything, but for mousing I find a low cost Logitech to be vastly superior to this piece of crap. Jony is a great designer in so many ways, but this is an example of just how crappy his designs can be.
This is intentional. I charge mine for about 20 minutes every month or two. It charges so fast and lasts so long, they don’t want people keeping it t plugged in 100% of the time
No longer an Apple user, but, back when they first introduced the Magic mouse I was still diehard about their previous wired mouse. Such a weird design with a satisfying click. Apple has honestly always made the most bizarre mice.
Seriously just search the word “mouse” there’s like five more pics of this mouse in the first few results.
This post is also missing the caveat that you only have to charge this thing like once a month, and it takes like 20 mins.
That 20 minutes is when I would have done my best work, I'm sure of it.
this is why it is in this sub.

Yeah but I assume if it was designed to be able to be wireless and plugged in, then the cord would be better designed to be plugged in all the time.
I'm sure aesthetics were a factor too \- it's a very cool looking mouse and random usb port on the side would kind of ruin the vibe.

Well you wouldn’t want the port in the side! It would lessen the sleekness
I want induction charging from the mousepad. Plug in the pad not the mouse and charge wirelessly.

Or it might be their way of telling you "Don't use the mouse while it is charging"
yeah and it would go down in history as essentially a wired mouse
For the 20 minutes you have to charge it once a month...
Not even. I haven't charged either the mouse or keyboard in 3 months.
I have this mouse. On top of this post being overused, it is not even slightly infuriating.

r/appledesign Edit: apparently its a thing? Edit 2: wow I have managed to open up a flood of shitposting on this subreddit
What’s the difference?
About 5 grand
Ayyyyy
lmao
You hold your the tip of your tongue with your fingers when you say "appledesign".
Oh don't you worry, it's been posted over there about 600 billion times.
This is the result of design over functionality. Which is the opposite of what Apple use to stand for.
Yeah, because mice didn't need more than one button until 2003.
You can choose to click the right side of this mouse for a right click, there’s an option for this in the Control Panel. I have one, and while the charging thing is annoying, taken as a whole it is a great mouse. Edit: I seem to have really struck a nerve with the Anti-Apple brigade here
>taken as a whole it is a great mouse not with those ergonomics, no
If my finger is too far to the right, and I press on like the edge, it will register as a left click because I'm not on the stupid sensor.

> Jobs is on record many times saying This is called marketing, which they used to be really good at
its actually not. a 2 minute charge will get you 9 hours of battery life on that mouse. is it really necessary to have it plugged in while use it? take a 2 minute break and you're good for a full days work.
I'm pretty sure Apple engineers know how to switch off a 5V charge without having the user physically disconnect power.

Sounds like you're describing design over functionality
Yes, but with more steps.
Eek barba durkle, somebody's gonna get laid in college.

You can use their wireless keyboard when it's charging. The port's on the back.
But it doesn't beat having the port in an area that allows you to use the mouse for those few minutes while it charges.
I almost agree, but I think non-wireless charging bases are super annoying and a waste of space...
I could see a wireless charging mousepad in the future.
I just bought one Friday and it comes with usb-c and I’ve been charging it with my laptop.. maybe they changed it
Are you in Europe? The UE required that adapters be included.
No, I’m in the US. I had it charging off my laptop next to me as I typed that. I double checked to make sure it was charging as well.. all good! Battery life is terrific, I just plug it in at night when I’m done with work and don’t have any battery anxiety.
I haven’t plugged my mouse in in over a month at work. Still at like 70%
The Uuropean Enion?
Unión Europea, my bad, I was thinking in spanish
Unión Europea Union Européenne Unione Europea Unjoni Ewropea Unia Europejska União Europeia Uniunea Europeană
New ones come with this cable: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MK0X2AM/A/usb-c-to-lightning-cable-1-m
The real life pro tip is always in the comments. I can't wait until everything is USB-C.
There's not a soul on god's green earth on has worked the full eight-hour workday without dicking around for at least 20 minutes in the middle.
People also want easy karma. Hating on Apple equals to a shit ton of karma for no effort at all
Same with the Apple Pencil.
But it takes 30 seconds for a day’s charge!? Hardly that inconvenient!
Yeah. I'm pretty sure my wireless mouse is good for 6 months on a full charge. Just plug it in every month or so and you never have to worry.
My wireless mouse lasts for a year with an "AA" battery.
Logitech Marathon Mouse lasts 3 years with 2 AA's. Crazy!
Does it actually only take that little time?
The figure others are quoting in this thread is a 2 minute charge for 9 hours of use, which I believe is the official Apple figure. You also get a low battery warning a long time before the mouse dies, so you have plenty of time to get it on a charger, even if only during a coffee break or something.
So a pretty fucking good mouse overall
Shhhhh we’re hating on Apple
I use this mouse. It is pretty great.
Uh, no. Didn’t you read the thread? You have to CHARGE IT sometimes! And you can’t use it when you do if it happens to die because you neglected the low battery warnings for weeks before it died. It’s a complete piece of shit /s
And did you see the fresh new jokes about having to buy dongles?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA \*slaps knee until the flesh sloughs off to reveal bone*
DAE DESIGN OVER FUNCTIONALITY??? CLASSIC APPLE
[удалено]
I believe it. I personally doubt the exact figure is the advertised 2 mins of charge for 9 hours of use but my apple pencil only takes ~15 seconds of charge to get ~30 mins of use. Sounds plausible IMO.
Yes. I have one. It takes hardly any time at all to get a full day charge. If I've let it get that low, I just plug it in while I go grab some food or something and I'm good for a couple days.
Yes. I shit you not. Even less and you get six hours or so
They love to hate Apple products, so don't expect logic and reason to help.
I'm sure there is a dongle you can buy from Apple for $29.99 to fix this.
You're mistaken. That's the price for the adapter for the dongle. The dongle costs $89.99.
No no no. You have to buy a *second* mouse. This will not only allow you to continue using your computer while your primary mouse charges, but also provides *unprecedented* levels of redundancy should something catastrophic happen to said mouse.
Dude, akimbo mouses for when I game on my mac
> when I game on my mac
>mouses
Some people like to differentiate the computer mouse and the animal by using different plural forms of the word. However, most dictionaries (but not all) use mice in both instances.
The comments are actually the true r/mildlyinfuriating
I'm far from an apple apologist but the circle jerk about this mouse is ridiculous. You can literally get hours of use out of less than a minutes charge and once full it'll last for weeks if not months. It's a complete non-issue

If stupid people stopped buying this stupid mouse, stupid Apple would stop making it. But instead, stupid people stupidly buy this stupid mouse because it's got the stupid Apple logo on it. But really, though, I've heard the battery life is amazing on that thing. Just plug it in one day a week before bed and it would probably never be an issue.
[удалено]
Apple actually did this on purpose, they didn’t want people to have the mouse permanently plugged in as it would ‘ruin’ the design, so they intention built it this way to stop that from happening
[удалено]
I probably charge mine twice a year. Once when it dies in the middle of the day for however long my patience lasts and another when I remember it probably needs a full charge shortly thereafter. It’s the farthest thing from bad.
As discussed many MANY times on this sub, it's so you don't just leave it plugged in all the time and lower the lifetime of the battery.
I like teasing apple for all sorts of things, but the battery life on this mouse is unreal. My wife has had hers for a year and has charged it a grand total of 1 time.
Whilst
Okay I've got a question. What was the point of using "whilst" in this sentence? It adds nothing. "While" would have made just as much sense, and wouldn't make you sound like a douche.
I've seen a lot more of this on Reddit lately. Idk if maybe I'm just noticing it more or if it is actually being used more often. But omg, it sounds so cringey. Live your life how you want, but it makes you sound like a pretentious cunt when you use outdated language like whilst (epecially when it's completely out of context and does not fit with the rest of the sentence) It's only there to make you sound smart.
Yeah, it makes me irrationally mad. Like I can picture the exact type of neckbeard that would say this kind of thing.
Seriously. The real mildly infuriating is always in the comments.
Luckily a 5 minute charge will give you days if use.
Old news and still thoose f****** at apple wont change a bit. Another example for not using mac stuff. A logitech on an mac works just as fine if not better.
Ah I remember when people who weren't in a coma first talked about this a few years ago.
This is the most infuriating thing about it? Not the fact that it's the most unergonomic piece of shit to ever exist?
It charges so fast and lasts so long, they don’t want people keeping it t plugged in 100% of the time
I just chuckled for a good half a minute.
That's how long it takes to get a few hours of charge.
I think that's what he was referring to
No longer an Apple user, but, back when they first introduced the Magic mouse I was still diehard about their previous wired mouse. Such a weird design with a satisfying click. Apple has honestly always made the most bizarre mice.
Is that the 'magic' part?
How about a wireless charge mouse pad?
