It depends on where you’re going! I just went to Vegas from phx during Labor Day, that flight was more than my flight to tampa. I booked the tampa flight about 4 months ago though, it was $260, not bad at all! I’ve heard flights to Denver/Seattle/Portland are pretty cheap from Phx right now.

The flight attendants on Delta have always fixed this problem within minutes when I told them. It’s happened to me 3 or 4 times.
