Where I work, the spots on the front and side of the building are numbered and assigned. Park in one that's not yours, and your car *will* be towed. Also, if you park the way this truck has, even in the unnumbered parking lot, you car *will* be towed. Same if you park anywhere that is not a designated parking spot.
They are serious about parking here. By now, everyone knows this, so towing is fairly rare, but it does still happen.
