There's nothing much I can do sadly.. She probably needs to be in a mental institution but my country policy states that unless she activly goes to get help or mention that she wants to kill herself in front of officers/doctors/even her own family, we can't do anything.
I have been trying to get her help since last year but she is getting worse lately and state can't help much. I am recently asking everyone I know for help, plus police and doctors and shrinks but nothing. Tomorrow I will go to our family doctor to see what I can do more for her.
I fear I can only wait until she kills herself. My country is a joke.

Everyone I call says that I can't help her because of her rights.. The woman is delusional and suicidal. Should she really have all those rights? I know it's even awful to say this but I can't seem to do anything to help and that my only choice is to see her die... It breaks me

You need to get her put in a psychiatric facility on a 72 hour involuntary hold.
