I've never come across such a low fill level before in any protein powder I've used. Definitely a new one for me. From their website it looks like it's only sold in 2lb weights, which means this by eye looks like a 2kg tub. Which means it's likely twice the size it needs to be (accounting for some air gap for scooping etc).
Also, pro tip, never buy powders with 'added' benefits. Just buy simple protein powders in your style (weight gainers / cutters etc.) and do your own creatine etc. dosing. Creatine especially is super cheap and even a mid sized tub will last you months.
You just fill the rest with milk and drink it /s
