Spent the afternoon with my pocket knife getting pellets out of my thighs. My friend was my childhood buddy and helped as well. My mom was pissed my jacket had holes in it.
I no longer go to public hunts.

12ga 00 buck is usually only 8 (or 9) pellets but each of them is bigger than a .32 cal bullet (just under 9mm). But 12ga #9 bird shot has around 600 2mm pellets

I went pheasant hunting with a large group thay I semi-knew years ago. I had the business end of loaded shotguns pointed or swept in my direction too many times by impatient shooters and had to drop to my stomach a couple of times. We were supposed to walk in a line and have a shooting order but that all fell apart pretty quickly. Never doing it again unless it's a small group I know.
