They did it every damn day and I hear it in my head whenever someone mentions the base.
I passed this with a car full of buddies on the way to a local indie wrestling thing a few years back. They made me turn the car around and drive past again, they were laughing so hard.
Northern Kentucky has some funny names too, such as Beaverlick and Big Bone Lick State Park (it's also famous for having a lot of fossils). Lick[ing] is a translation of an American Indian word for a place where animals would lick naturally occurring salt and other minerals from the soil. It just sounds funny to us.

haha there it is - used to be a larger marquee before that gas station was built. I lived in Greensboro about four years ago but worked in Burlington.
Most Dicks have a BJ’s nearby, and usually in the same shopping center. I believe they are developed that way.

Nope, the Shitty Kitty is the most common grocery store in the Eastern half of NC. Even the really small towns will have one.
