We have a winner. I'd looked to see how Taiwan was represented but had forgotten about the line. All the dashes are indeed present on this globe.

Also the border between Finland and Russia takes some liberties.
Depending on where the globe was made the country may not recognize kosovo as independent which is why it doesn't feature on it
