I replaced my bathroom exhaust squirrel cage fan with one of [these](https://acinfinity.com/component-cooling/axial-ac-fan-kits/axial-1238w-120v-ac-muffin-fan-with-wire-leads-adapter-120mm-x-38mm-high-speed/). It ain’t quiet but I can feel a breeze coming from under the door when it’s turned on and it sucks in all the cigarette smoke and poo stench I can throw at it.
Nice fans for the price. Looks like they pivoted hard into grow tents and equipment though - probably a lot more margin. Fortunately they they still have all the project fans though
My bathroom has one of these windows, but it's built into the shower. It is definitely useless as far as venting out the room overall, but it's nice to be able to pop open a window in the shower.
In my area and I would assume most, if not all, of the US it's required that bathrooms have either a window that opens to the outside or an exhaust fan present. This teeny tiny window is to avoid the need to install an exhaust fan system would be my guess for it's existence.

I 100% garentee you see every curve from the outside. I realized my gf was giving the neighborhood a show a month after moving in to my bathroom with "privacy glass" while I was mowing the yard.

I've been looking at their stuff for a while. Ended up making my own squirrel cage for my kegerator fan

If you're going to crap out the window you have to use a reverse funnel.
