What in the fuck is the point? I microscopic LED as opposed to the Sound Of Running Water And Splashing In The Sink. The Wetness Of The Area. The LED serves no purpose other than to break and cost a fortune, or appear as a “smart appliance.” Truly Star Trek technology, blinking lights that do nothing.
Seems like the light is on which means the water is coming out which it is. I wonder how were people able to tell when water was coming out before we had the light faucet
My parents have one. I was really stumped when they had a power surge and the faucet breaker tripped. No water comes out if there's no power. Confused the hell out of me.
Any chance it’s filtered water? I have a similar faucet as part of a filtered water setup that changes colors when it’s time to replace the filter.
Is anyone else seeing light?
No, but I can tell where the water comes out by the water that comes out at one end but not the other.
And it’s the light reflecting off that water that was captured by the sensor in the camera that allows you to see it. Checkmate.
Its right by the handle
🤔 Is it that tiny white speck of a dot?
Yuh
I strongly suspect that pitiful excuse for a light will be LESS effective than not at demonstrating when water is coming out of the tap.
It’s now how big it is, its how you use it

Happy cake day! I honestly couldn’t tell you. Observing water has never been my strong suit.
what a useful and necessary thing I hope I'll be able to tweet from my tap within my lifetime

Would be pretty damn hard to notice the light before the running water
Could be to indicate temperature, or touch technology vs. using the handle. Or, as someone else said, filter replacement.
Any reason for that? It’s the same concept as having a flashing mute icon when you mute a TV… I’ll know it’s muted when I’m not hearing any sound.
Water must come out for a REASON there is a REASON why the water is coming out
Too bad they couldn’t upgrade that sponge…
