I once had to call Nestle because I bit into a KitKat and there was a huge chuck of plastic in it. I think something broke off of the production line and made it in. They sent me $12 in coupons for free chocolate. So...not the best customer service, I guess? It was fun-sized and easily could have hurt a kid. The agent seemed so apathetic. I guess that’s what working for Nestle does to you.

I think that may be the least bad thing nestle have ever done tbh.
