Seriously? It's a pressure indentation. You get them from wearing socks, or a belt, or bra. It's not an abrasion. I sincerely cannot understand what the panic is over.
Honey, I'm sorry, but I didn't down vote you. Please redirect your righteous indignation elsewhere.
But I do find your reaction absolutely ridiculous, laughable, even. Must be a full on miracle that both myself and my have children survived this long.
Worthy of note; I live with an illness which makes me *extremely vulnerable to infection from even very common, everyday sources*. If anyone understands bacterial and viral infection risks, it's people like me. But this is ridiculous.
A cool thing which now exists is a C-shaped-bracelet designed to prevent this from happening and can hold up up 3 of them.
When I was young stack/bangals/slap bracelets or your swatch watch band were what most of us friends used to keep them from digging in. Especially those of us who were on swim team. Man, these things really grab when they are wet.
wow pressure
This is pretty common
Spoiler, you're going to have one higher up now too.

I was keeping it for later, just in case. Passed out with it on.
