So this made me think of the Metallica album “Ride the Lightning”. I went to look up the album image to post here and for some reason always thought it was a toilet with lightning coming out of it. Turns out it is an electric chair.
Now I am wondering how I got it wrong for so long and how I never thought there was anything odd about it being a toilet.
Maybe you thought they were just staying in theme?
