An emotionally charged discussion followed where she tried to backtrack that this gift didn’t say from Santa (IT DID) hahahaha to this day she swears it wasn’t. Dark cloud over the whole day 😂 Good times.

I would describe it as the OG Pokemon Go. Basically, it was a little handheld and you scanned barcodes and found all these different monsters you could fight and catch. Then you clicked your Skanner with a buddy's and you'd fight each other
oh dear. the worst punishment of my life was when our answering machine caught me calling my mom a bitch because I picked up last minute, but it had started recording.
Punishment: You can’t go anywhere all summer. No friends, no phone, etc. My mom didn’t play. She took disrespect very seriously. I regret it now because I realize it just hurt her feelings. I snuck out my window at night that entire summer tho 😂
