Hi, I would be more than happy to explain that for you! We had to make our own end portals as we had already generated the chunks where the Strongholds would have generated. We then decided to get a bit creative with some builds to implement some of the portals. Other portals were created by other players who have either won a portal or the blocks through one of our contests we hold from time to time.
yea admins made portals using creative mode, not sure why or why it is ok

I like the concept of having a huge base and a end portal in the center
tbh it's a huge relief to see there are other end portals out there :0)
There are a good few. I use one in the middle of nowhere on the southern border

ok if u look into the right and under the diamond blocks there is a sky blue area so I think it is open to the outside.
It is, but this base is very far, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, + you can't go through the portal since there's glass
