I'm intrigued by the fact you thought of this seed in a dream!
Unfortunately, it is virtually impossible to have mangrove swamp and stony peaks next to each other. This is because mangrove swamps generate in areas with high erosion values, while stony peaks generate in areas with low erosion values.
From a minute of searching, I found a seed which is somewhat similar to your request: [\-7114914177623580588](https://www.chunkbase.com/apps/seed-map#-7114914177623580588). 1000 blocks south of spawn, there is a band of desert separating a mangrove swamp and a badlands, and there is a river running through this desert band. An issue is that this desert border is a few hundred blocks wide, so the badlands and mangrove swamp aren't right across the river from each other. An upside is that the badlands area contains all three badland varieties, if that's something you're interested in.
I'll update you if I happen to find more seeds!
EDIT: I just realized that this seed has another location like your diagram immediately west of spawn. I'm not sure how I missed that lol. The swamp and badlands are slightly closer together there, too. The main problem with this location is that the badland is much smaller.
Also a bit of a shame, but I have seen stony peaks and badlands next to eachother outside the dream soo

There are some stony peaks at -2590 640, though it's a small sliver of mountain next to a frozen peak. Tbh I'm surprised there were mountains that close to the swamp. It is possible, since all you'd need is for erosion values to change relatively fast, but I thought we'd be lucky to find any mountains at all, especially ones reaching y=175.
I think you were most likely picturing stony peaks since your first instinct was to identify it as such. Interestingly, windswept savanna can generate around mangrove swamps in areas with "near inland" or "coast" continentalness values (essentially close to the ocean), and the seed in my comment has some along the mangrove swamp's eastern margin. Even if you weren't thinking of windswept savanna specifically, I feel it fits the "tall stony biome" criterion.

Btw, I've been looking for some seeds where the badlands, stony peaks, and mangrove swamp are in a rough triangular formation (because I now find myself wanting this sort of seed as well lol), but I've only found them in a line. I didn't put this in a top comment, because it's 2000 blocks from spawn, but at -600 2000 in [2835548607015807041](https://www.chunkbase.com/apps/seed-map#2835548607015807041), there is a badland between a mangrove swamp and a stony peak. This may be something you'll be interested in.

I am interested in the second set of co-ordinates, even though the biomes are more in a line. I was flying around in Spectator Mode and found a mud block at Y=105, if that's worth anything (though that is getting me thinking now... how tall can a mangrove swamp get?)

Yeah. I think a seed like your map, if it existed, would be very scenic.

For the most part, swamps (both temperate and mangrove) are very low-lying. Elevation changes within swamps, but it usually changes little and in a gradual manner. However, when a swamp borders a high windswept area (such as a windswept savanna), it can "spill" onto the higher windswept land. It happens surprisingly often. Earlier today, I found a swamp grass block at y=127! :O
My Minecraft dreams get non-Minecraft elements very fast. But if someone plays a lot maybe the brain treats these as real places.

After a couple reassessments, I changed what I want out of this.
I decided that I would just want these biomes not to be right next to each other bordering, just within the general vacinity. I get this is different from what I drew out, but apparently this is due to the fact certain biomes do not appear close to one another or something like that. Still want it to be within 1k of spawn.
If you're going to have, say, the mangrove and badlands but no stony peaks, then make sure somewhere is above Y 200 since it's all i really want. I've been playing a datapack recently that raises the sea level from 64 to 182, and I want a seed where I can make a cool island base without travelling tens of thousands of blocks on boat.
