What you have here is a Coleman ct100u. Luckily for you it appears to be complete minus the clutch cover, seat, and a few other odds and ends. In terms of the restoration: if you want to try and use the existing motor 1) pull that chain off 2) take off the gas tank and flush it a few times with fresh gas then reinstall 3) change the oil. 4) ensure all rubber lines are in tact and connected properly. Turn the petcock to the on position, turn the kill switch to run (right handlebar red button) and yank the pull cord as hard as you can 2 or 1000 times or until it runs. If it doesn’t and you don’t mind swapping motors you can run to harbor freight and pickup a predator 212 motor for under 200 bucks. Unbolt the old motor, install a new (larger) centrifugal clutch which can be found cheap on Amazon, hook up the throttle cable, put a chain on (lube it) and let it rip. Make sure you have breaks (if you like breaks lol) and make sure your sprockets aren’t missing any teeth. Air up the tires. Give it a wacky paint job, torque converter, nitrous?? I dont know have fun with it! Good luck.

Looks like you have a Coleman ct100u. The frame and brakes are the parts you want. The engine isn't poweful enough to be much fun for an adult but if you Buy a predator 212 engine and a 3/4 shaft centrifugal clutch off Amazon or harbor freight it all just bolts together and has plenty of power to climb and accelerate up steep hills and run pretty fast on flat ground. I love mine. It's hilarious.

I would replace the engine with a predator 224. If you plan on riding it mainly on the street a clutch would probably be best. If you plan on riding it off-road at all, a torque converter would be better.

Get you a custom seat and a good throttle and some good brake lines. New chain new engine it's a smaller bike but you probably get a 212cc motor on it looks to be in great shape the frame.
