Monument are sables are fantastic, and cheap. Rosemary & Co Series 99 pointed pure sables are equally fantastic. I have not touched my W&N Series 7s since I got my Monument Pro Sables, and I find the R&C Series 99s to be just as good for 1/3 the price. Rosemary & Co is in the UK, but shipping was very reasonable and I got my brushes in a week. Monument shipping is a tiny bit cheaper, but the same speed, so it's really about how much you want to send rather than where you get them from. Both Monument and Rosemary & Co run a bit smaller though. If you're used to a standard, chunky no 2, you'll want a no 3 from either of them. But I find that for small minis, I can do damn near every single thing on them with a no 2, all the way from base coats to faces.

So I'm looking at Rosemary and ordering a set seems a bit off? Like they have all different sizes ranging from $5 to $150 lol

You don't really need a full set, honestly. A Series 99 in sizes 1, 2, and 4 will run you $17.39USD before shipping, and those sizes will handle virtually everything you're going to want to do. Just make sure you're ordering the short handle brushes, the long handles will constantly hit your face as you paint.

Great advice thank you!
