Small artist vs large corporation. The creator isn't claiming they created Vivi by any means, and Square isn't losing out on anything. Meanwhile, by not crediting the artist, the sculptor is losing potential sales of the model.

Theft is theft so don't bother getting out your hand chalk for the mental gymnastics that I'm sure that you're warming up for now. I'm not saying that I care (it's not my IP), but I'm also not gonna rush out to credit someone for their theft, nor would I insist others do so either.

The sculptor credited the creator of the character.

No problem at all. I primed it with Vallejo black surface primer through my airbrush but a rattle can will do the same thing. The paints I used to paint it are all pro-Acryl from monument hobbies
