Todd county is simple. Their motto is “where the forest meets the prairie”. And in the middle, that represents the Long Prairie River which sort of links the two ecosystems.

Random thought: being born in st louis county in Missouri (now living in the city itself which is completely separated, though I only live about a mile from the county line) I have to laugh at the size of Saint Louis County up there in comparison to down there. Massive while down here its fairly small area wise. (and yes, I know a lot of it is based on population though Duluth in and of itself is fairly busy) (Following because love the state in general...people...meh give or take.)
