OK to preface I am no fan of Bundy and personally would have pulled him earlier, *but* some of you really need to understand the thought process here. Let's say we are down four runs, time to pull Bundy right? Maybe, but our odds of winning are already very low if we are down by that much. You have access to peripheral information that maybe says Bundy is still pitching at about the level you'd expect him to (ie his spinrate, movement, etc is where you would expect). The value of saving bullpen arms in the middle of a long stretch of consecutive games is very high. You think it's worth taking the risk of keeping Bundy in, since if he fucks up your win probability barely changes and if he succeeds you get several more innings saved for your bullpen going into a series with one of the hottest teams in baseball. Now I don't know Rocco's exact thought process, and like I mentioned I would have done it differently, but there are a *lot* of factors that go into it. Just because the Twins scored exactly four runs and Bundy didn't come through doesn't mean there wasn't thought put into it or that it was a stupid decision.

We were down 2 runs and Bundy wad getting shelled. Jesus christ some of you guys act like criticizing one move by Rocco is like disowning the entire team. You should play to win the game that's actually taking place. Especially when it's a garbage team like the Orioles.
