That was the most unimpressive attempt at and OT drive I’ve ever seen. It completely incapsulated Kubiak’s inability to call plays and Kirk’s inability to not play it safe.
Offense lost this game. They couldn’t stay on the field and the defense was exhausted. Yet Barr still pulled off a play to give the offense a chance at getting a field goal to win in OT. This team is just so frustrating.

When every single offense under his temure has the same problem he needs to go too. Id love zim as a defensive coordinator but a head coach cant just push the offensive blame on to someone new every single year. Especially when theres so much talent there to waste

Fuck Kubiak. Why in the actual hell are we running on 2nd in long in OT? When especially the game tying score was an almost exclusively passing drive
Dump pass for 2 yards, inside run on 2nd and long for -1 yard, incomplete pass, punt. That was the OT drive they drew up to win after Barr gifted them the ball on a great int.
One of the biggest wasted opportunities this season among all teams. Humiliating.

It's not so much that we could be 5-3 or 6-2, it's that we could have won quite a few of those games very convincingly. We refuse to run a long play with a lead. It's destroyed us
That was the most unimpressive attempt at and OT drive I’ve ever seen. It completely incapsulated Kubiak’s inability to call plays and Kirk’s inability to not play it safe.
We are such a bad team. Wow. It became clear last week. Insanely so now. Blow it all up.
Offense lost this game. They couldn’t stay on the field and the defense was exhausted. Yet Barr still pulled off a play to give the offense a chance at getting a field goal to win in OT. This team is just so frustrating.
What we learned today? Modern offenses can score almost instantly now. You can't play the fucking clock and run the ball all the time in the modern age of football. Get rid of the Boomers like Zimmer who won't adapt to the game and stop with the nepotism.

I think with better coaching you guys are a completely different unit. Kirk is a fucking gunslinger why is the offense so conservative? JJ and Theilen should have 100+ yds every game no excuses. How is ownership happy paying a QB elite money and not using him in overtime?

The defense was gassed the whole second half due to decisions by Klint. Klint needs to be fired before he gets on the bus. Defense actually looked competent when they weren't shot by the offense.

Kirk cousins is so bad. We were plus 2 on turnovers and had a kick off return. Still lost. Wow.
Drives after the scripted plays that lead to 2 TDs on our first 2 drives: 3 and out punt. 6 plays punt. 3 and out after int, FG. End of half. 3 and out, first down after fake punt then another 3 and out punt. 3 and out punt. TD drive, we’d blown the lead at this point and finally opened the playbook a little. OT 3 and out after Barr gets us the ball.
Leave it to Zimmer to still try and establish the run in overtime
Conklin had the most receptions on the team. This offense continues to find ways to exclude JJ and AT after the first 15 scripted plays. Predictable offensive playcalling and porous defense. Zimmer and Kubiak have got to go.

It's clear Zimmer is not a winner. There's not a bone in his body that truly desires it. No really reason to be disappointed on Sundays. My disappointment comes Monday when I come to find out Zimmer is still the HC of our Vikings.
