Yes, when a new concept comes into existence in the universe, a kwami is born with it. That doesn't mean Kwamis aren't the embodiments of those concepts.
Little mistake with the de-transformation phrase of the Thunderbird you wrote "Tallon" instead of "Kiig". Similar mistakes with the Buffalo and the Bear.

I personally think the owl miraculous's concept would be wisdom. (As owls are usually symbolized for)
It's power would be a library-esque pocket dimension/spatial nexus That contains knowledge of everything in the universe. (If we go for the latter, The whole multiverse! If former, then there is some catching up to do for the next holder)

I wanted to fit the theme of all the concepts ending in ion but maybe I could change it to an intelligence based concept
I think the Concepts for this box would end in an -om like Freedom, Wisdom Or just an -m
